    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    A leading global development agency working in the domain of disability and inclusion across

    more than 30 countries is looking to hire a Senior Manager - HR.

    REASON FOR HIRE:

    The Senior Manager will be responsible for transition of the regional office to Delhi and support

    the Global HR team. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for recruitment and induction

    of members in the India operation. The incumbent will also be responsible for change

    management, retention and development, reward and compensation employee engagement and

    employee relations.

    LOCATION:New Delhi

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Recruitment and induction (25% of time) Performance Management (10% of time) Retention and Development (10% of time) Reward and compensation (10% of time) Employee engagement (10% of time) Change management and employee relations (20% of time) Global HR projects (15% of time)

    REPORTING STRUCTURE

    This role reports directly to the CEO is part of the senior management team within the

    organization

    EXPERIENCE

    Must Haves:

    Minimum 7 years of relevant, professional experience in non profit or for profit sector. Experience and working knowledge of the principles and practices of generalist humanresources administration with specific focus on change management, employee training and

    development, HR administration, compensation, recruiting and compliance.

    Demonstrate a strategic approach to HR with the ability and willingness to also execute

    the tactical elements of the job.

    Good communication skills in English (oral and written), capability to relate and interactwith multicultural teams and represent the organization in professional forums.

    Technical skills in Microsoft Office, databases and other types of information systems

    specifically including HR systems.

    Highly desirable

    Past relevant experience within a reputed international development organization. A Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management

    TRAVEL

    4 to 5 days in a month to regional offices which are in Mumbai, Bhopal, Jaipur and Kolkata

    Twice a year international travel

    SALARY

    Between 12 to 15 Lakhs/ annum CTC + accident insurance
