Short History of Junkers Profly GmbH 1986 – Foundation in Herrsching. In cooperation with Professor Dr.

Brenkmayr the first was developed the first rescue-system for drones and airplanes was developed. Alone-partner was Heiner Junkers, a grandson of the legendary airplane-designer Professor Hugo Junkers.

1993 - Foundation of Junkers Profly Ködnitz and simultaneous construction of Junkers Profly Prague. Begin of the development of propellers and rescue-systems. 3 own-companies in Prague with approximately 75 co-workers. Partners were Heiner Junkers and Gerald Haselmann.

1995 - Junkers Profly started to concentrate the main focus on development and distribution. The production-companies were changed to contract-companies. The production and the distribution of the rescue-systems from type Magnum experienced a swift upswing and led in short time in Europe to the market-leadership. The partner Heiner Junkers transferred his main-residence to Chile and Gerald Haselmann became Chief Executive Manager

Short History of Junkers Profly GmbH 2001 – At the traffic airfield Kulmbach Junkers Profly buildt new corporate

buildings. A new service-foyer with integrated workshop for the maintenance of ultralight-aircrafts and other motor-machines was established. Furthermore the Junkers flight-school (now Flugschule Kulmbach - www.flugschule-kulmbach.de) was set up.

Together with the German authorities DAeC and DULV 12 different types of Magnum rescue systems were certified.

Together with the German authorities DAeC and DULV different ultralight aircrafts were Type certified.

2010 – Gerald Haselmann, the chief executive manager died in November. His both sons, Dipl. Ing. Jürgen Haselmann and Steffen Haselmann take over the management.
