How to Book a Shore Excursion With Royal Caribbean International, you can book your shore excursions in advance up to 2 days prior to the sailing online atwww.RoyalCaribbean.com/shoreexcursions   Space is limited, so we recommend you book pre-cruise in order to ensure thatyou don’t miss out on your tours of choice.

For your convenience, information about our various shore excursions can be found and downloaded online. You can seepictures, and sort by port of call or activity type. All you need is your reservation ID, ship name and sail date to choose andpurchase a tour.

Things to consider when booking a Shore Excursion: • If booking two tours in one day, please allow 45 minutes to an hour between tours. • Tour departure times are local. Please check your tickets for your meeting location and time.  Allow time for the tender ridein the case that your tour meets on the pier. Departure times are subject to change at any time, but you will be notified inadvance by the Shore Excursions staff. • Most tours operate rain or shine.  If your tour is cancelled because of weather, your onboard SeaPass® account will be fullyrefunded. • Once you purchase your shore excursion online, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.  After you board your ship foryour cruise, your excursion tickets will be delivered to your stateroom. Again, please verify meeting time and location assome tours meet in a lounge area on the ship and some at the pier. • If you wish to cancel your tour prior to the sailing, you can do so online up to 2 days prior to the sail date.  Your credit cardwill be automatically refunded.

Booking Onboard There are three ways to book your excursions onboard the ship: • Visit the Shore Excursions desk• Fill out the order form in your stateroom • Use the Interactive TV system, available on most ships

The cost of the excursion will be charged to your SeaPass® account, for which you will be registered when you check inonline or at the pier, prior to boarding the ship. All tour purchases will be reflected on your SeaPass® account.

Tour Pricing Shore Excursions are priced per person in the specific country’s local currency. Although most tours provide transportationand a local guide, many destinations also have private transportations for customized tours. Please check the tourdescription for amenities such as food, drinks and entrance fees. If you decide to leave or deviate from the tour at any time,you will be responsible for the cost to get back on board the ship including any other unrelated expenses.  You will notreceive a refund for any services that are not utilized.

Gratuity Tour pricing does not include gratuity unless specified. Extending a gratuity to your guide and/or driver is strictly optional;however in some countries, your guide may anticipate that if you are pleased with their services, you will reward them in amonetary fashion.  Generally, an appropriate tip would be $4-$6 USD per person for a half day tour and $10-$15 USD perperson for a full day tour.

Currency For your convenience, currency exchange rates are updated periodically so you can calculate pricing. The purchase of anexcursion is charged in the same currency you paid for your cruise. Online cancellations will be returned to the credit cardused and onboard refunds will be returned to your SeaPass® account in USD.

Children on Shore Excursions A parent or guardian must accompany all guests under 18 years of age. Children's tickets are available for many tours andpricing for these will vary according to their age. Please refer to pricing scale below

Delays and changes to tour itineraries In case of a delayed arrival into a port, announcements will be made regarding the exiting of the vessel and tour departuretimes. You will be notified of any changes to the tours you have selected unless tour arrangements were made with vendorsnot advertised through Royal Caribbean International. In this case, shipboard staff cannot provide assistance and RoyalCaribbean International will not refund cancellations as a result of any delays.

Attire When deciding what to wear, we suggest you check the weather in the area you are visiting and look for the dress code iconin the tour description regarding appropriate dress code. If you have additional questions, please visit the Shore ExcursionsDesk onboard your ship.

Tour Transportation Please keep in mind that transportation varies throughout the world. Vehicles used for shore excursions may not have airconditioning, restroom facilities and/or seat belts/restraints. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed on anyvehicles used during shore excursions.

Transportation at Ports Because several ports are not located in the city center, we arrange a shuttle bus service for a fee in those ports. Guests canalso utilize the local services. A list of these specific ports can be found onboard.

Promptness It is essential that ALL guests be back onboard no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.  Thisinformation is posted daily at the gangway. Although shore excursions meet these schedule requirements, even if you are noton a tour, you are also responsible for being back onboard the ship on time. If for any reason a tour is delayed, the shipboardmanagement team will await the tour’s return. However, guests on tours with vendors not advertised through Royal CaribbeanInternational are responsible for ensuring their return to the ship on time as it will not wait for them, despite any delays.

Legal Responsibility Royal Caribbean International offers shore excursions for guest convenience and peace of mind. Although we have carefullyselected the finest excursions at each port, services are provided by independent tour operators. Royal CaribbeanInternational will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, costs, or delays resulting from or in conjunction withyour use of these services.
