12/2/2015 at 8:30pmThe annual Milton Christmas Parade takes place on the first Wednesday of December at 7:30 pm. Sponsored by the Milton Volunteer Fire Department it’s a fun event for the whole town. What’s more fun than marching bands, lots of bright red fire trucks from all over the area, town’s businesses and residents all decked out for the holidays?

The Milton Chamber of Commerce sponsors this annual holiday event, which includes many Milton organizations joining in to bring visitors a spectacular day in historic Milton! The Holly Festival features many fine handcrafts in the Fire Hall, Goshen Hall, Milton Theater and Milton Library. Santa will be in town for little ones. A holly wreath-making demonstration is offered at the Historical Society Museum. This is a highlight as it commemorates an important industry from Milton’s past. The Public Library and many downtown merchants take part with special decor, gifts for sale and holiday treats as well.
