Enjoy fast, simple shopping online, every time! Follow these easy steps and handy tips to find, order and receive your favourite products.

STEP 1

You need to log in.

Go to www.amway.co.nz. You’ll find the log in at the very top right hand of the page.

Once you have logged in, you will see the Top Navigation bar. This includes Health, Beauty, At Home, Bath & Body.

Use your mouse and point the cursor to the option of your choice and a drop down menu will appear.

The menu will give you the option to Shop By Category or Shop By Brand.

Now you can click on whichever you prefer. IE. “Nutriway” or “XS”

Alternatively you can use the Buy Now option in the Quick Links section.

In the search field under Add Items enter the item number or product name to find the item you are looking for.

Once you find your item you need to select the description of the product for the item to populate in the basket/cart.

The following will demonstrate how to Shop By Brand, but don’t worry – you’ll use the same steps to Shop By Category.

STEP 2 Choose Brand or Category

After clicking on Brand or Category, a new page will come up featuring products that belong to the brand or category you selected. There may be one page, or many.

You can narrow down the number of products you want to view. (This is usually described as ‘defining your search’) To do so, use the Left Hand Navigation. This is a list on the left hand side of the page.

For instance you may be looking for nail polish. You would select Colour and then Nails from the left hand navigation.

Once you have identified the product you want, you can do any of the following 3 things:

• Learn more about the product by clicking on it.

• Add the product directly to your shopping cart by clicking on Add to cart. (this only means you have put it in your cart. It does not mean you have purchased it.)

• Add the product to a List. (For more information on creating and using lists go to https://www.amway.co.nz/Content/Article?PageCode=slpShoppingLists)

STEP 3 Define your Search.

Once you have added all the products you want to your shopping cart, the number indicating the quantity of all your items is next to the shopping cart icon. Click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top right hand of the page (just under where you logged in.)

This will bring up a list of all the items you have put in your trolley. Review the lists and make sure you have everything you want.

At this stage you can Add items. If you wish to buy more than one of the same product you can change the quantity in the QTY column.

Remove items. Click in the grey square to the left hand side of the product to select the items you want to remove from your order. Then click on “remove selected”.

Once you have added or removed any items, you are ready for the next step – Check Availability.

Before you can finalise your order, you need to Check Availability to ensure the items you want are in stock.

You do this by clicking the blue Check Availability box, located above the list of items in your trolley.

This will let you know whether the products you want are in stock.

NOTE: it may take several seconds for the Check Availability to complete.

If your items are all available, they will all appear with a green tick.

If your item can not be delivered by Express, it will show a green tick and an orange exclamation point. This means you cannot select ‘Express Delivery” unless you remove the item (see next step: Delivery and Payment)

If your product is not in stock, the item in question will be highlighted in red.

If the item is not in stock but is available for Back Order, you will have the option to place it on Back Order.

If not, you will need to remove the item from your trolley and either replace it with another one, or proceed to checkout.

To move ahead with finalising your order, click on Delivery and Payment.

First, choose your delivery type.

Standard Delivery

Express Delivery (may not be available if one or more of your items is ineligible)

If you choose to have your items delivered, you need to review the address details.

Pick up: if you choose this option, you will need to confirm from which Business Centre you will collect your order.

Stored Address: this is the address on record for all your orders. Check to ensure it is correct.

Alternate Address: choose this option if you want your order to be sent to another address and provide the details. NOTE: you cannot request orders be delivered to a post office box.

Then enter your Credit Card details, or select Direct Debit if you have set this up as a payment option with Amway, and click Submit!
