2. THE CLOSEST AIRPORTS: Ljubljana (Jože Pučnik Airport) Graz (Austria,) Trieste (Italy) and Zagreb (Croatia) 2.1 TRANSFERS: There will be transfers available from airports (Ljubljana, Graz, Trieste, Zagreb) to accommodation places and back, transfers from accommodation places to training hall and back (one time per day) and transfers from the others accommodation places to Hotel Žalec. Participants who want to use these transfers must report it to the organizer on time (airport, arrival time, departure time, number of participants). Explanation of the timetable:

Seminar – free keiko:

There will be no regular program for this part of the seminar. Sensei’s will be present at this training and available for help. Students are able to ask anything about the Katas in this Seminar (details and more) or anything else (details from some special Katas and so on).

Ken-jutsu keiko:

The participants of the seminar will be acquainted (at their own request) with the basics of Ken-jutsu, Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu school (the Miyamoto Musashi's way of using the sword). Equipment: own bokuto.

Sightseeing: If there are more than 300 participants registered for the competition, sightseeing will be held only for half a day (in the morning). In this case Championships will start on Saturday, 30. June, around 15:00. 9. OTHER INFORMATION: 9.1 THE LOCATION OF SEMINAR:

The Training hall 10. THE FOUNTAIN OF GREEN GOLD:

It is a unique attraction in Europe. At the ''Beer fountain'' under open air, visitors are able to drink six different sorts of beer, which come with a unique pint beer glass, for a symbolic price. The Fountain of Green Gold 11. SAYONARA PARTY Price: 25, 00 €/person. Price includes dinner for one person with one drink. There will also be a music program.

12. LOGISTICS Each country representative shall provide the information as to the number of participants who will participate in the Seminar, Championships and Grading to the following e-mail address kensei.kjm@gmail.com by January 31st. Final payment is due by February the 15th. The information needs to include:

● The total number of participants including their names,● The total number of rooms needed and in which hotel or hostel they have

chosen● The total number of participants for the sayonara party

After the proof of payment for the Seminar, Championship, accommodation & the Sayonara party, is received in our Union Account, the hotel reservation, which you have chosen, will be booked. If you have paid in advance and must cancel, 90 % of the payment is going to be refunded; the organizing party of the seminar will retain 10% to cover the expenses. *As we expect around 300 participants from abroad, we will give your more information regarding additional hotels at a later stage as stated above in the accommodation section.
