5. PAYMENT

10. All Food Stall holders are responsible for cleaning up any area that they use for trading including its vicinity11. No Food Stall holder shall set up in such a way as to create danger to any person12. A Food Stall holder shall hold harmless, release and indemnify and keep released an indemni�ed Platinum Exhibitions from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, costs, charges and expenses for which Platinum Exhibitions to their servants or agents may be held liable in respect of loss, damage, injury or accident of whatsoever nature or kin and however sustained or occasioned and whether to property or persons in connections with the use of any stall and any work connected therewith. If implications to the Food Stall holder of this clause are not fully understood, independent advice should be sought.13. In the event of hazardous weather or other eventuating circumstances, the event organiser may declare the event as cancelled14 In the case of wet weather the outdoor activities will be cancelled however all other internal activities will continue as scheduled.

7. TERMS OF OPERATION
1. All Food stall holders must hold current public and product liability insurance covering at least $10 Million. 2. All Food Stall holders are encouraged to comply with Sutherland temporary food premises code. (Refer to www.sutherlandshire.nsw.gov.au for more information)3. The event organiser has the right to terminate the Food Stall holders participation at any time.4. Food Stall holders must comply with the instructions of the event organiser regarding location they are to occupy and must sell the goods speci�ed in the application form.5. Standard stall site is 3m x 3m and require to be shaded or protected.6. The Food Stall holder may choose to supply their own generator but they must be silent.7. Food Stall holders must provide all their own equipment including table coverings, signage etc.8. Food Stall holders must trade till the event conclusion.9. Food Stall holders must comply with the Sutherland Council Temporary Food Stall requirments.
The following are the payment terms agreed to when booking your site. A 50% deposit is required to secure your expo space. Fully completed Booking forms must be received within 7 days of verbal stand booking, or sites will be made available for resale.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
No refunds on site cancellations after 9th June 2014.Cancellations after 18th July 2014 will incur a 50% of booking price cancellation fee.Early cancellations (Prior to 9th June 2014) will incur a $250 administration fee.Cancellation refunds will be repaid once your site has been re-let.All accounts must be �nalised by 1st August 2014 or this booking will be cancelled and your space o�ered to our waiting list.
