- Implement, maintain and improve an Heath, Safety and Environmental sound Management System. - Assure itself of its conformance with its stated policy. - Demonstrate such conformance to others. - Seek certification/registration of its Ship Recycling Facility operation by an external organization. - Make a self-determination and self-declaration of conformance with IMO & ILO Conventions and Guidelines.
