Shaking Table Application :Concentrating Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of
minerals and other granular materials.
There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot
be equaled for economical and efficient performance. They are effective in processing
precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals.
Head Motion: The head motion is of rugged construction and requires minimum
maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.
Decks :The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel
frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The specific
gravity of fiberglass made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches
as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristic of
water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50.
Feed and Water Box :A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box
are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is
available.

Ball Mill

Working Principle:
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are

transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder
liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The
centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and
impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the
discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

Jaw Crusher

Working Principle:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the
fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw
increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff
will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving
jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away
from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be
discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.

SF Flotation Machine
Description:
The flotation machine is used in
applications that require the separation
of various material such as non-ferrous
metal, non-metal, black metal, noble
metal, materials in the chemical
industry, etc. In the separation process, the
material is exposed to coarse separation,
swept separation, fine separation and then
flotation after which the useful ore is
successfully extracted.
Features:
The flotation machine consumes little
amounts of energy while at the same time
maintaining a high air-absorption rate
capacity. The machine is made up of
individual cells which independently form a
flotation separation loop without the need for any auxiliary equipment. They all are
designed to carry out the following functions: air absorption, slurry absorption and
flotation separation. Each of the cells is located horizontally to facilitate the easy change of

flow. The mineral slurry circulates at a reasonable rate and the disposition of coarse sand is
largely avoided. A self-control device is located on the surface of the mineral slurry
facilitating easy adjustment of the level. There are two types of vanes found in the impeller:
backward-inclined upper vanes and lower vanes, for upper and lower circulation of mineral
slurry.
Working Theory:
When in application, the impeller is revolved by the motor in order to produce centrifugal
forces and negative pressure. Air is then absorbed to mix with the ore pulp (slurry). The
ore pulp is stirred and mixed with chemical additives, which results in the formation of
mineralized froth on the surface of the slurry. The liquid level can be carefully adjusted by
altering the height of the flash board (strobe) to facilitate the scraping of the mineralized
form (froth) to the launder using a squeegee.

Structure and working principle
XJK series of Flotation machine
consists of flotation cells, impeller,
belt pulley, inlet pipe, strobe,

When the floatation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the
centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is
absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is
mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with
foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed.
The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the
useful foams are scraped with squeegee.

Our jig is a new type of energy saving and high efficient gravity separation equipment and
developed based on the traditional Sine Wave Jig. The difference between Saw-tooth Wave
Ladder Jig and Sine Wave Jig is that the pulsation curve for jigging is saw-tooth wave

Gold centrifugal concentrator
STL Water- jacketed gold centrifugal concentrator is a kind of centrifugal concentration equipment. It can be used not
only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also
used to recover gold from the old tailings.
Four models are available. Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 90%, especially for the case in
recovering the natural gold in lode ore with 65% of the ore having a milling size of 0. 074mm, the recovery for the
natural gold is expected up to 98%, For that natural gold of 0.004mm in particle size, the recovery is 97%. The cleaning
up cycle is 1~4 hours, and the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times. The equipment is patented in China.

Working principles
The machine is operated by motor(2) via belt (10) driving draft (11) to make liner (5) rotate at a high speed. Slurries are
delivered to liner (5) through feed pipe(4)and are subject to stronger process of separation under the action of centrifugal
force. Heavy mineral remains in the lattice chute of liner(5) and light mineral is drained via tailing chute(7).Concentrate
is discharged through outlet (10) after one shift operation and shutdown of the machine.
Third, equipment operation
Before starting the preparation and check:
1. According to the instructions of motor required for the preparation and check before use.
2. Check the equipment whether the anchor is stable.
3. Check the state of V-belt tension and adjust appropriately (factory test machine has made adjustments)
4. Check the equipment without interference of moving parts, manual turning checks.
5. Check the discharge port (10) is closed.
Equipment start-up:
After the above five ready to check , turn the power to start the motor, check motor rotation direction and equipment
requirements are the same, whether the interference of moving parts, and then turn on the power, make the equipment
into normal operation.
The mine and water supply for the equipment:
When the equipment into the normal operation, the recoil valve open ,at the same time, feed the required liquid-solid ratio
slurry.
Equipment work note:
1 monitor the stability and current by use of conventional motor.
2 watch every moving parts without exception condition,.
3 pay attention to slurry ratio, try to adjust it in time.
4 intervals for a period of time, open the peephole on the cover, observation of inner sleeve (5) resend between cell
deposition tank, with or without exception.
Equipment stop:
The equipment need clean up concentrates per normal work shift. Before stop, first stop feed mine, then stop the
equipment, wait for equipment is stationary, unscrew the drain plug concentrate outlet , the ore concentrate into the ore
tank (prepared in advance) can be. Cleaning concentrate time to 15 to 20 minutes. Then, tighten drain plug, the next cycle
of operation.
Equipment abnormal shutdown:
If meet special condition, need to temporary shutdown, must first stop to feed mine, then stop backwash water, and then
go down. But the downtime should not be too long, too long to prevent resolve within the set of grid sand compaction. (if
required downtime long, you need to clean the concentrate first, then shutdown.) In addition, when you open again after
temporary shutdown, need feed slurry first, and then give backwash water, to avoid the loss of gold particles.
Equipment maintenance:
1. periodic maintenance according to the motor use requirement.
2. the equipment need cleaning per shift.
3. equipment must be shutdown if you need to adjust the drive belt or tighten loose bolts.

M, AH, HH-type pumps have replaceable wear-resistant pump metal liner, impeller wear
corrosion resistant metal or rubber. HH-type pump liner and impeller pump using only
wear metal. AHR plastic pump for conveying the small particle size, no sharp corners and
high concentration of slurry particles, but also can transport corrosive slurry.
M, AH, HH model pump seal packing seal can be used, vice impeller seals, packing plus
auxiliary impeller seals, mechanical seals and other types. The transmission pattern are:
DC Direct drive, CR parallel to the belt drive, ZVZ top and bottom belt drive, CV and
other types of vertical belt drive.

Descriptions
The rotary scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilising pebbles and rocks within
the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides. Disintegrated
material is homogeneously slurried within the drum, whilst the autogenous load is retained within
the drum by reverse flights located at the drum discharge end. Slurry and washed oversize
overflows the drum discharge throat to the concentric exit trommels.
The scrubber spins slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churns the fines and oversize
and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the target mineral
from tough clay, schist’s and rock.
After the fine (soil) is separated, the material is moved into the screen. The rotating screen
separates the oversize material from the fines (the fines are usually termed or categorized into
less than 8mm). Most of the freely (gravity) recoverable gold and or other recoverable mineral is
contained in the – 8mm fines.
This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various
forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.
