• 60+ people attended July 26 Public Hearing• Current Status: From Laurie Tyler (9/16/2016)
• “Thanks for checking in. There are no updates on the rezone at this time. The applicant is working on traffic analysis and traffic modeling. Once we have this information, we can start the process again. If we hold a second public meeting, I would hope that this would occur before the end of the year, but I don’t know for sure. All parties of record will receive notification of the next meeting, and it will also be published in the weekly permit bulletin. There are no formal meeting minutes of the public meeting held in June. Someone took notes, and those are located in the permit file, but there is nothing formal. Keep in mind these are public informational meetings, so we don’t take formal meeting minutes. ”

• There were covenants from the 1950s and 60s limiting homes tosingle story. On SFCC website.
• Unclear as to if these covenants have any standing today and if so,how are they enforceable?
• SFCC has contact with a Land Attorney firm, but research cost is ~$380/hr
