Ordering

Postage and delivery

We will send your order by courier for next-day delivery. Cost is £5.15 per order, no matter how big.

Despatch time

All our items are handmade, so please allow seven working days from order to despatch. If your order is urgent we can usually ship it sooner. Just ask.

Returns

We will replace any faulty items and refund the postage cost.

VAT

All prices are subject to VAT.

Payment

Minimum order: £100. Payment by bank transfer.

Chains

All pendants are supplied with 18 inch silver-plated chains as pictured. You can choose these alternative chains (all available in 16 inch versions too):

Sherbet Pip is a fun and playful brand with a strong flavour of nostalgia, which can be reflected in the display.

You can hang the goodies off jars, tin cans, cake tins, Rubik’s cubes and top hats. Think Alice in Wonderland meets the 80s!
