Shedd Park Baseball & Softball Organization PO Box 8074 ¦ Lowell, MA 01853 www.sheddpark.com Dear Friend: November 16, 2017 The Shedd Park Baseball and Softball Organization offers an organized program of youth baseball and softball competition and individual instruction to over four hundred 4 to 15 year old children from primarily the Belvidere and South Lowell sections of Lowell. We are operated entirely by volunteers who are dedicated members of the Lowell community. Our volunteers spend countless hours each year providing kids the opportunity to learn sportsmanship, teamwork, and the game. This year, we need to raise approximately $70,000 in order to make the 2018 baseball and softball season a success. We will raise the majority of this through registration fees, but need to raise an additional $30,000 through fundraising, concessions, and our sponsorship program. Our sponsorship program offers local businesses a way to increase their exposure to the community while helping provide uniforms, equipment and other necessary items. Sponsor support also helps keep registration fees low and, in some cases, helps provide registration scholarships to families that cannot afford them. We invite you to be part of our sponsor program for the upcoming season. Our sponsorship levels for the 2018 season are: $500 - Platinum Sponsor • Company name and logo with web link displayed prominently on our Home page • Special recognition via electronic communication to entire league prior to opening day • Sign on the outfield fence throughout the entire 2018 season $350 - MVP Sponsor • Company name and logo with web link on our Sponsor page • Sign on the outfield fence throughout the entire 2018 season $200 - All Star Sponsor • Company name and logo with web link on our Sponsor page Your support will help bring baseball and softball to hundreds of local boys and girls this season.
