During my first year with Tobias, before I ever started channeling, he said to me, “Allow miracles and they will come. When they come, you will realize it’s not a miracle but rather your own creation.”

Many miracles have come since then.

Shortly after that Linda and I suddenly found ourselves living in beautiful Colorado after 15 years in Texas; we found a house in the mountains we loved by “accident”; the aviation company I had co-founded got an unexpected $10 million investment; just a few years later the Crimson Circle was created in our living room, which soon blossomed into an international spiritual orga-nization. That produced another miracle, perhaps the one that has meant the most to me: I have been honored to meet some of the most amazing beings on Earth. They call themselves Shaumbra. You.

“Allow miracles and they will come,” said Tobias. It took me years to fully understand the second part of his statement: “You will realize it’s not a miracle but rather your own creation.”

Miracles don’t come as a result of prayer because Spirit doesn’t have an agenda. This is the Great Compassion of Spirit. No interference. No judg-ment. Just total acceptance, no matter what we do. When one prays I think they are really clarifying their own choices and desires, and adding their heartfelt passion. But generally the prayers are not fulfilled because people put the creation outside of themselves, placing responsibility into the hands of an external being. I can almost see Spirit saying back to the one who is praying, “Don’t ask me to do your bidding! That’s why I gave you Existence, and the right to be a true Creator.”

Miracles don’t come as the result of luck or fate. Once again this is placing the creation in something outside of Self. I don’t believe there is any such thing as luck in the universe. That would be a really bad cosmic joke. No, I feel that the universe is filled with impartial energy just waiting to serve any-one and everyone. But many people go through life thinking that there is an outside “hand” directing their days, yet never really knowing who or what that outside force is, and rarely if ever acknowledging that it’s coming from within.

Some readers may point to experiences in their lives where an angelic being saved them from catastrophe, or when a God-bestowed miracle happened to them. I have no doubt that the experience was real; I can think of many examples in my own life when something magical or mystical happened in spite of myself. But now, years after Tobias said the words, “You will realize

it’s not a miracle but rather your own creation,” I’m coming to realize how I created and allowed those transformational experiences. Indeed, I’ve had my own experiences with angelic intervention, but now I know the intervention was there because, at some level, I created and allowed it.

By the way, have you noticed how the word “Allowing” is becoming more and more a part of your everyday consciousness? I thought this was a rela-tively new term/concept introduced by Adamus, especially once we started doing the Quantum Allowing workshops. But the other day I was researching some old Tobias channels and realized he used it frequently, going back 10 – 14 years ago. I guess I didn’t hear it – or wasn’t ready to hear it – back then. Allowing has now become as important to me as conscious breathing. I’m not allowing anything specific such as abundance, health, or even a good parking

space. I’m just allowing, without filters or barriers. What I am allowing is my Self, with all of my grace and glory that was hidden for so very long.

One of the recent miracles in my life is the new Crimson Circle Connection Center. This is the broadcast studio we are in the process of building out in Colorado. Over the past year the CC staff and advisors had talked about a place of our own for the monthly Shouds and for broadcasting other events like DreamWalks and special Adamus messages. But the cost of leasing the space, and remodeling and equipping the studio were beyond our budget… or so I thought.

At the February Shoud dear Adamus boldly announced that it was time for our own place. He invited Shaumbra to make a $44 contribution… or not. That evening at the post-Shoud dinner at the Wondervu Café several Shaumbra asked me how much money I thought would be raised for the new studio. I dared not answer. Even though I had a number in mind I knew this was a time to allow, not to limit.

After dinner I went home and checked the Crimson Circle database to see if anyone had responded to Adamus’ request. It was one of those “Moments of Truth.” Would Shaumbra step forth to participate? I took a deep breath before I clicked on the total, even though it had only been a few hours since the webcast. My mouth dropped open when I saw the preliminary total. In just 4 hours since the Shoud, Shaumbra had contributed over $30,000 dollars. I was stunned.

Over the course of the next 10 days the total climbed past $100,000. I tried not to think about it… just allowing. We intentionally did not promote the fund-raising other than a banner on the Home page. No emails, no reminders, no hype. Just allowing. I was prepared to see a “bell curve” effect where the contributions reach a peak and slow down, but they kept coming in. A miracle was unfolding. The total hit the $200,000 mark about five days before the March 1st Shoud, and by the time the webcast began over 4000 Shaumbra from around the world had contributed $226,000! Even after the cut-off Shaumbra continued to contribute. Today the total stands at $237,000.

The contributions from Shaumbra will pay for a world-class broadcast studio with the latest equipment and technology. It covers the cost of the build-out and equipment, plus about two years of lease payments.

This was not luck or fate, and it didn’t coming from holding prayer vigils. It didn’t even come from Adamus. It was the miracle of allowing.

“Allow miracles and they will come.” Thank you for the wise and beauti-ful advice, Tobias. You can bet that I will continue to allow more miracles in my life.

The Keahak program is a consciousness development program designed by Adamus Saint-Germain for the integration of source energy into your physical reality.

Sitting on my favorite chair looking out at the dappled light coming through the leaves in the back garden, I pondered the same questions I always have: What is next for me? Why am I not able to create a sat-isfying life, the one that we have been assured we are destined to live? In fact, what is my destiny?

My eyes closed and my imagination took me to a well with water. Staring down at my reflection I asked, “Where do you go to when I’m not around?” Lulled into a trance staring at the water, I felt myself being pulled in, as if by some invisible force. It was the first force of physics I encoun-tered in my travels: magnetism. It felt almost normal, but as soon as my brain kicked in I tried to pull back. A sense of fear and helplessness swept over me. And then I remembered the initial sensation of calmness and nor-malcy, and decided to stop resisting and allow myself to be swept into this experience. Anyway, I reasoned, I was not terribly happy with how my life was progressing.

I did not know where I was being taken, but it must be better than living a life in limbo, waiting; for what, I could not define, but waiting.

After what seemed like ages, but must have been only moments, I felt totally immersed in the water, with something akin to a current dragging me down, further and further. Letting go of the fear, I marveled at the sensations. For one thing, it was not as though I was actually in the water. I did not feel wet and was certainly not struggling to breath. It appeared that the walls of the well were made of large dark blocks of ancient stone. Going deeper, the dark brackish water began to change, getting clearer as I went lower. And then suddenly everything was filled with light, as though sunlight was pour-ing in from below. Nothing matched with my idea of reality. I giggled and thought this is probably what Alice felt like when she tumbled down that rabbit hole.

Taking in my surroundings, I noticed someone materialize in front of me. It was my reflection, except that it was not, exactly. She was animated and seemed to have a life of her own. She reached out, grabbed my hand and led me forward to a point where the light was so blinding I had to close my eyes. When I opened them we were no longer in the water.

My reflection turned to me and said, “I have often heard you calling out, desperately searching for something that will make you feel whole and complete, so I brought you here to experience my reality.” I could only nod and stare. While she looked like me, talked like me and dressed like me, she most definitely was not me. I could see it in her expression and hear it in her voice, that elusive quality of contentment. There was a glow about her that I could not define, but felt immediately drawn towards. It reminded me of the magnetism I felt in the well. There was a vague sense of remembering that felt comforting and natural, but processing information seemed to be something my brain had forgotten how to do. I tried to recall the sequence of events that led up to this moment but everything seemed murky. At best it was a jumble of mental pictures; nothing was in the correct order and nothing made sense. I was drifting in the now moment, where simply experiencing felt exquisite, and the familiar constant brain chatter felt like too much effort. “Pay attention to me!” my mind kept saying. “Danger,

danger, you are losing yourself.” And sure enough, I realized I was losing myself.

It was becoming harder and hard-er to separate where I ended and everything else began. I touched my face to make sure I was still there, but instead of stopping at the skin, my hand kept going into what can best be described as a whirl of energy. A thought popped in that I was feeling the energy from the atoms dancing around in my body. It was fascinating to experience myself at this level. I had only to focus my awareness, and the object of my attention came into high relief. I could hear my heart beating and the blood flowing through my veins. I could even experience me experiencing myself. Looking down at my feet I saw the atoms dancing and won-dered what kept them in my body. Why don’t they just fly off? And suddenly a few atoms ricocheted out of my body, which is when

I realized there seemed to be a constant interaction between my body and my environment.

Wondering about the purpose of this interaction, a thought occurred: My atoms were constantly com-municating my state of beingness. They were sentient creation taking a snapshot of who I was at that moment, whether exhilarated to be alive, or frustrated and upset with my life circumstances; whether I saw the oneness in all creation, or saw myself as a lonely, isolated being try-ing to make it in a tough world. This information of my beingness was constantly shared with all that was around me, which I saw as an energetic grid through space/time through which we move. I saw how everything is con-nected and amazingly interdependent. One could not

doing, trying, or achieving, but simply by acknowledging the intention and slipping into that new space.

How, I wondered, was it so simple? It seemed they each knew just the right time to shift, and without hesitation and self-doubt they simply moved. To me it looked like a burst or flash of light each time they moved up a level.

What prevented all of me from jumping to the new level simultaneously? I wanted to ask my reflection who had been patiently waiting for me. I could not say how long I had been in this new world. I could hardly even remember the concept of time. Gradually, a thought formed: Isn’t this how I used to live, except in reverse? In

be morose and dejected without that feeling permeating throughout the grid as a thick, dense energy. However, in moments of exhilaration and joyfulness, the grid became more alive than ever. I had just been introduced to the second law of physics: entanglement. My atoms were communicating across the far reaches of the universe

simply through intention. It was their intention to expand into the next highest state of consciousness, not by

my other reality I tried hard to stay in the now, but would constantly drift into the mind chatter of yesteryear or my picture of what the future should look like. I rarely appre-ciated the present moment.

My reflection smiled and explained that what kept the rest of me from slipping into the next level is that the larger part of me did not believe it could, perhaps because I did not believe it was possible or did not con-

sider myself worthy enough. My reflection told me that a great deal of energy is usually expended to get the rest of me to agree to move, due to all the limiting beliefs about who I am and what I am capable of. “But it is so simple!” I exclaimed. “Why don’t I see that? There is nothing to do or achieve or obey, my atoms just move.”

“Ah but there isa rule,” my reflection said. “The rule of self-worth. Through the law of magnetism you draw unto you what you feel about yourself, and through the law of entanglement the entire universe conspires to bring it to you. Do you consider yourself deserving of expanding into the next best version of you? Or do you believe that you have to atone for yet another illusory sin that holds you back? Your sins are figments of your imagination, ephemeral memories that are only true in your brain. Yet you have placed so much importance on these memories that they act as a filter that blocks out the light of your own magnificence. You trick yourself out of your own knowingness.”

“But why?” I asked. “What would be the purpose? It seems like a torturous way of living, yet it is how many of us experience life.” My reflection proceeded to tell me the most amazing yet familiar story about all not being what it seems; about the ugly duckling that turned into the swan. For the first time I recognized the ugly duckling to be me. Except that it wasn’t reallyme, as much as it was a perception of me I had adopted over time.

As a child I had a strong knowing of who I was. I knew when I was standing in my truth and spoke up quickly when someone questioned my integrity. I also knew when I was not in my truth, and my conscience pricked keenly during those times I stepped away from who I AM. I even had an ever-present guide who let me know that I was never alone. In my younger years I was never both-ered by the impressions of others and refused to stray from my innate I AM self.

As I grew older the battles between myself and the outer world got stronger. In order to harmonize with oth-ers, I began to step away from my I AM self. Even back then I recognized the futility of it all, and eventually I even turned away from my guide and asked her to not come around anymore. The tide had turned completely. I no longer had the conviction of knowing who I was, and instead identified myself with all the shortcomings that others piled on me. Bit by bit I had created the picture of the ugly duckling. I forgot who I was and gave my power

away to others who seemed more powerful and, even more damaging, to the fears inside of me. Without the inner conviction of my I AM self I became filled with self-doubt, insecurities, and fears. It felt as though I was living life from the outside, constantly peering into the window of happiness but unable to enter. I accepted it because I was obviously not smart enough, beautiful enough, nice enough, popular enough for anything better, and with the passing years I had no shortage of events to reinforce my notions of not enough.

And yet, in that moment of realization, the simple act of accepting all the circumstances of my life without judg-ment created a ripple effect. I felt myself spontaneously move to a higher level of consciousness. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath to more fully experience the totality of me. When I opened them I found myself once again sitting in my favorite chair.

It took courage to look at the reflection of my light that day without applying my overlays of victim or hero. I learned the importance of being aware of my focus of attention and that our thoughts and beliefs are creative. Through the law of entanglement the universe is immedi-ately aware of our state of being and, through the law of magnetism, brings events that match, whether of despair and hopelessness or joy and creativity. This experience made me realize that my feelings of unworthiness were misguided. I had created god and perfection as some-thing outside of me, a state that I needed to strive to attain, when actually it was all right here within me, only a breath away.

Contemplating my fantastical journey through an alter-nate reality, only a question remained: Now will I choose joy or struggle?

I am on a six months tour around the world – having the chance to live more outside in nature, enjoying all the beauty of this planet, visiting Shaumbra, having time with myself for integrating and living who I AM.

On my journeys I have been experiencing quite a flow of ease and grace. I had an Aha moment about grace and – funny synchronicity – some days later in the January Shoud Adamus guided a DreamWalk, seemingly right to the place where I was staying at the time. The DreamWalk was about gifting yourself with a first class vacation to a palace at a beautiful beach, and I was enjoying living in an exclusive little beach resort in Fiji, writing about my experiences of how energies have been serving me. I had been blessed by two trips on the nice boat of the resort with the captain and a guide just for me alone, all following my rhythm. I was enjoying the stunning under-water world of the corals and fishes in their breathtaking colors and shapes at the famous Rainbow Reef. I had a picnic on a paradise beach on a little island and spent time kayaking around the corals of the island. My feeling

was that this amazing service was not because I paid a lot of money – you can spend crazy amounts in the luxury resorts in Fiji, but in fact the owners charged me nearly nothing for these wonderful trips – but because energies were serving the master.

My Aha moment was that I clearly realized the part that I contributed to receive these energies serving me, and that is: Lovingly walking through my daily life radiating my presence. I intensely felt how I was attracting all the synchronicities and goodies that I was experiencing. Yes, all energies are here to serve you. Which “You” are you radiating? Radiating my I AM presence – they bring in whatever I need and wish. Radiating my worries and doubts – they have no prob-lem bringing that in for me too.

It seems that I have been radiating that I can be of service to the people I connect with, like the resort own-ers and the people on the boat. It seems I am inspiring them – sometimes also shocking or shaking them – with my communications.

I also found that giving little performances with my “Quantum Heart Movement” for my hosts and friends and also in hotels in Bequia and Fiji was a good way to share my presence and create contacts directly on a soul level. To me, abundance means trusting myself that I can attract everything I desire, with or without money. I felt how allowing does not work sitting at home without pas-sion for life and gracefully expecting the goodies to be delivered at your door.

It is still my challenge to pay full attention to the quiet inner voice of my knowingness. In fact I really get angry with myself for a while when I do not listen and have to take extra trouble to get where I want to be. Yet there always is the knowingness of how it will play out in the end - it is just an experience and for the soul all is well.

An example is when my controlling mind had me hid-ing my credit card, telling me it is safer not to have both credit cards in the same place – which is not a good idea with a memory that is not working very well to recall where I had put it! My inner voice had tried to tell me, “Don’t worry,” but I listened to that doubt. I found the card today, three weeks later, after a lot of searching and unpacking and ordering a new card.

Before Fiji I was in the Caribbean visiting a friend in her beachfront villa. I introduced her to the Crimson Circle two years ago, and it has been such a fruitful exchange.

We were dreaming about a beautiful place to meet and live for Shaumbra, she said that a place like this has been her vision for a long time and now with Shaumbra it feels right to manifest it.

Travelling like this without agenda and predefined pur-pose can bring in new potentials. Leaving the Caribbean I heard the music of a musician I really love, and suddenly

broke out in tears. I felt she deserves to be more known, and they were tears of joy as I realized that I was on my way to visit my friend in San Francisco who owns a music company. I asked him to listen to a piece of her music. He and his wife resonated with it, and the connections were made... These magical moments feel like everything is already arranged in the other dimensions and when I am open I can receive it, live it, and manifest it here. Like Adamus said, all realities and all potentials already exist.

I admit that when it comes to walking and acting as a master, I want choose the comfortable and easy way. We are fed up with the hard way anyway, aren’t we?

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind. After several weeks of quiet, of staying mostly still in my camper-van home, I suddenly found myself moving again. A big circle through north and cen-tral California to meet some new Shaumbra friends,

then down through southern California and Arizona to visit relatives and old friends. Now I’m back in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I started three months ago, parked at the home of some friends while I catch up on work and do some needed maintenance. But the urge to move is still strong and by the time you read this I’ll probably be heading east.

When I began this adventure I had some very linear ideas about what it would be like and what I might do, but it mostly hasn’t been that way. I spent a lot more time sitting still and a lot more money on campgrounds than I expected, and I’ve had to let go of all my ideas about efficiency, about plan-ning my route to use the least fuel or to save the most money in camping fees and other expenses. All of that, I’ve discovered, is a mental game of power that gets in the way of truly living.

I am reminded of a wonderful channel from Tobias called Out of the Box, where he talked about how birds and animals seldom follow linear paths from one place to another. Sometimes they do, but other times they seem to just flit here and there in seemingly random patterns. And sometimes hundreds or thousands of birds or fish all move together in a synchronized dance that boggles the mind. “They’re just following the energy patterns,” Tobias said, and went on to explain that if we would allow ourselves to do the same thing our lives would begin to flow a lot more gracefully.

On this adventure I’m learning the truth and the magic of that. One day I drove several hours out of my way to meet a Shaumbra Master in Northern California. Over lunch we found ourselves talking about earth-quakes and earth changes, and about the grace of knowing that we would always be in the right place at the right time. That afternoon she took me over to the coast, to an amazing place where a bit of land juts out into the Pacific Ocean and I could stand in the parking area and watch the huge surf rolling in on both sides of me. The beauty and energy in that place were incred-ible and when we left I was buzzing inside, as though a river of energy was pouring through me.

That evening as I settled in for a night in a Walmart parking lot I went online to check the news and was surprised to discover that there had just been a powerful earthquake a few miles off the coast and just a little north of where we had been. But there was no tsunami, little or no damage, and nobody was hurt. “Wow!” I thought. “Did we do that? Did our presence and our conscious-ness change the dynamics of something that could have been a lot worse?” The mind will never know, but deep inside a little voice is very clear: Itwasnoaccidentthatthetwoofyouweretogetherinthatplaceatthattime.

There are so many layers to life that our minds are not aware of. We have so many ideas about how we should do things, about how we should be efficient and conserve money and resources, about how we should plan and act in ways that “make sense”, and on and on. But how do we know what is really more efficient? How do we know what potentials will be changed when we bring our presence and our consciousness to a place or a situation? More and more I see how forgetting about what “makes sense” and following instead the seemingly random pleasures and urges of the moment allows magic and grace to become so very real.

It takes a lot of trust to live in that place, and it takes a continual choice to trust those inner urges more than the “common sense” of my mind. The other day I was out on my motorcycle and passed a pizza store. Something inside said, Goback!Iwantpizzafordinner! “Seriously?” I asked myself. “Its junk food, and it’s not good for my diabetes!” But that inner urge got stronger and I realized it was only my mind arguing with it, and I know better than that. So I went back and ordered a large pizza.

I sat down to wait, and then I looked around and real-

ized that this store doesn’t bake their pizzas! And I don’t have an oven in my van so I was going to have to take it home and ask my vegan friends for the use of their oven. “What did I do this for? Why didn’t I notice that little detail before I paid?” I asked myself, starting to feel really stupid. “And how in the world am I going to get it home on my motorcycle?” But it turned out to be easier than I thought, and my friends were very gracious about me cooking junk food in their kitchen, and I managed to shut my mind up enough to really enjoy that pizza.

The next morning my mind was still going on about all that, and about some other things too, and it was time to write this article and I felt blank. Looking for inspiration I listened to the March Ancient Wings Show on the Awakening Zone, which turned out to be a most amazing conversation between Archangel Michael (channeled by Robert Theiss) and Ascended Master Kuthumi Lal Singh (channeled by Marisa Calvi). It was a brilliant show about joy and self-trust, and one of the key points I took from it was that my soul wants to come and join with me in the mostmundane aspects of life. It wants to experience being human, not super-human, and it really loves a good decadent pizza once in a while and all the other human experiences and desires I was judging myself for.

Those things arelife, and to live life as an aware human is what my soul wants more than anything. So why not lighten up on myself? Why not let myself have a pizza now and then without all the judgment? Why not enjoy all the other ‘carnal’ desires and pleasures of life with-out beating myself over the head about them? I know those things are not me, and in that knowing they can never again take me over. So why not get rid of ALL those old restrictions I’ve bound myself with for so very long and just LIVE?

And now my human is taking a deep breath of relief and my soul is getting very happy, for that is what this adven-ture is really about for me: learning to let myself live without restriction. It might be the hardest thing I have ever attempted to do, but it might also be the ultimate self-love. It just might be what it means to live in the Awakened Zone.

A few weeks ago I had one of those epiphanies where you actually get something they’ve been telling us for years. It happened like this.

As I’ve mentioned occasionally, one of the challenges I haven’t figured out (yet) is the extra weight my body carries around. I’ve been able to force some pounds off a couple times through a very strict regimen (and oh, it felt so good afterward!) but they always creep back. It has baffled me because if most people ate like I do – lots of fresh, unprocessed, organic food that I cook myself, hardly any sugar, no junk food, etc. – they would be in excellent shape! But mybody doesn’t seem to know that. It seems to have a “set point” that it returns to no matter what I eat or how much I exercise. Oh, and it’s not about lack of acceptance or vanity either. I adore this vessel I live in and treat it well, and I don’t give a hoot what other people think. It just seems to be stuck at “bigger” than what is comfortable forme.

A few weeks ago, after discovering yet another pound had crept back on, I stood in the shower puzzling about it all when a series of thoughts drifted through. “Maybe I should go see a doctor and get my hormone levels checked. Then I’ll know what’s wrong and can just tell my body to fixit!” followed immediately by “Well then why even bother with a doctor? My body can just fix it now!”

Turning my full attention to this wonderful physical self, I instructed her to “Stop packing on the weight and let go of what I don’t need!” And just as quickly my body retorted – “But look what I have to work with!”

She showed me an image of my body “matrix,” the energy pattern or template upon which the physical body is built. And guess what? It looks just like my mother’s body, which looks just like my grandmother’s body, and probably her mother’s body too – which could very well have been my previous body. (Nothing wrong with my mother’s body of course, it’s just not what I choose.) It was a “face palm” moment, a “Well, duh!!” moment. No matter how hard I tried to change it, my dear physical self was doggedly adhering to the template I’d already accepted as my own.

Then I saw another image that illustrated exactly how it works.

If you sprinkle iron filings on a sheet of paper and then place a magnet underneath, those filings will instantly arrange themselves to match the magnetic energy pat-tern under the paper. And no matter how much you forcefully push them around, they will always revert to the old pattern as long as the magnet is there. That’s what I had been doing with my body!

LIGHT BODY(PART 1)

Through brute force I had rearranged my physical self to a slightly different shape, but as long as that ancestral template was just beneath the surface, the body would revert to its old pattern the minute I “let go.” I think that’s one reason our non-physical friends have always said that it doesn’t really matter what we eat. No matter how healthy I am, what food I eat or don’t, or how much I exercise, I’m still carrying around my ancestral biologi-cal template and that is what I’m going to look like. Until I allow it to change.

After seeing that image of how it really works, my focus has completely changed. I’ve listened multiple times to the Beyond Ancestral Biology and Light Body merabhs. I’ve done a lot of breathing, inviting my own self-chosen matrix/light body to begin taking its place as the tem-plate upon which my physical body is built. I’ve begun to ask what she would like to eat, drink or do, which isn’t always the same as what my current physical body wants. And if I get very still I can sense her.

My light body is full of joy, gentleness and grace. She can feel the invitation and is eager to join me, but she will never push her way into my reality. I can only allow her to come in. And she’s unique. The light body has been formed over eons of time, built by my soul from every-thing good and delightful about having a physical self, collecting and distilling the best of the best for the day when I would be ready. It is my own creation, rather than the sum of my incarnational journey.

As I open up to this amazing light body, I look forward to discovering what changes it will bring about. Adjusting the body’s shape and weight is only a part of what I feel is possible. Nearly everything about our physical manifes-tation is based on old hand-me-down templates; what’s going to happen when we consciously choose our own template, and then allow the anayatron1 to start wiring it all together?

I believe the anayatron is the system that connects with the “light” information (from whatever matrix we’ve accepted) and informs the physical DNA in our bodies, which in turn instructs the molecules and cells and cre-ates our physical representation. And I believe it is a simple matter to change from the ancestral matrix to my own. (After all, our cells are constantly dying and recreat-

ing themselves, and their nature is based on our energy template; so why not choose a new one?) But of course ‘simple’ doesn’t always mean ‘easy’ and there is a lot of programming that holds the status quo in place. Yet I can feel the excitement of new discovery and will continue this exploration.

If you want to work with this yourself, one interesting way to do so is by doing ‘the Merlin thing.’ If you don’t remember how that works, listen again to Adamus’ mes-sage about this on Awakening Zone, then invite in a future self and talk about the potentials. The other day I invited in my ‘future’ light body, the one that had already rewired and re-formed my physical self, to ask her some questions. But it was like inviting in, well, light. You can’t force it or grab it and pull it in. You just have to open, allow and receive, like the earth receives the sunlight. It was an interesting ‘conversation.’

So it is with joy that in every possible moment – when I wake, when I go to bed, when I’m driving, even sitting here writing – I open my consciousness to my light body. She is so beautiful, everything I always dreamed she would be. But is it real? Will I look like her one day? Well, my favorite quote from Tobias has always been, “It is real if you allow it to be.” And in the meantime, I dearly love the body I’ve lived in for the last several decades. She has served me very, very well, and continues to do so. She is happy to feel the reenergizing presence of the light body and doesn’t mind a bit if I choose a new template. After all, the physical version of me is nothing more than energy structured into form by consciousness.

I don’t know yet what the outcome of this will be, which is why this it titled “Part 1.” There will be an update at some point, and in the meantime I would be happy to hear about your experiences in connecting with your light body. (Click here if you’d like to share.)

One thing I do know is that this transformation is based on absolute love and acceptance for the bod-ies we already have. You can’t change something you don’t accept (that’s a whole other article!) and the light body loves itself – and you – too much to connect with biology that is despised and mistrusted. So, as we all explore these amazing potentials, remember that every act of transformation, rebalancing and healing is built on the foundation of self love. If you don’t know what else to do, stop and do something to love yourself. The rest will fall into place.
