July 2012. Five years and ten months of qualitative and enriching experience as Team Lead, RF
Optimization, KPI Analyzer, Post-Processing, RF Physical Optimization and Drive Test in GSM/UMTS networks.
Presently working as Post-processing Engineer and Team Lead coordinating SCFT-Samsung-LTE-Bihar, MRO-TC Drive-Aircel, MS-Tata Docomo -ROM, Benchmarking-Aircel-UP (E), MS-Aircel-Chennai and RoTN project.

Project Synopsis
Currently managing seven projects:- Airtel-Kenya-NSN-Ericsson-swap for Innovis - Post-processing of SCFT and cluster. Samsung-LTE-Bihar – Team Size 3 - Leading the coordinator - SCFT of sites in Darbhanga,
Gopalganj, Chhapra and Madhubani. Aircel RoTN – Team Size 2 - 3G Term Cell drive and post-processing of DoT of Idle, Short
call, and data drive of 18 municipal corporation towns, meeting the criteria, if not, so suggest the rollout of new 3G sites.
Tata Docomo (RoM) – Team Size 2 - Benchmarking, Post-processing, Data Analysis, Optimization and TRAI drive in Pune and Outer Mumbai.
Aircel UP (E) – Team Size 1 - 3G Benchmarking, Post-processing, Data Analysis of data, short, long and idle 5 major towns in traffic hours (8 PM-1AM) only.

Previous Projects Skills
Defining nominal neighbor list 3G-3G and 3G-2G for the whole market Defining drive routes for each clusters Doing extensive drive tests in order to meet the acceptance target of less than 2% drop
call rate and 98% of accessibility, >1,2M DL & >64k UL throughput per cluster: Speech, CS, PS (FTP) around 1Mbps Single Site Verification => 90% of the cluster ready Site acceptance
Post processing, analyzing data and requesting changes within tight deadlines: Neighbors add/delete. Physical changes (mainly down tilts) Swapped feeders Consistency checks. IRAT neighbors/performance SSV (Single Site Verification) based on drive data Quality routes: selected golden routes driven (in dual mode) once a week and
analyzed/reported to the operator Worst cell list using daily stats on the main KPIs: RRC CS/PS success rate, CS/PS drop
rate, RSSI avg UL, Throughput. Troubleshooting customer complaints: throughput issues in most cases
GPEH (general performance event handling) recording in order to investigate RF troubles like drop calls, missing neighbour, HO.
UETR (user equipment traffic recording) in order to analyze messages between CORE/RNC/NodeB and understand RF/network issues (for VIP complaint) in addition to TEMS investigation
Responsible for network KPI’s for assigned BSCs like SDCCH, TCH congestion, drop call Rate, Handover performance; call setup, etc… by Using Ericsson parameters.
Provide a monthly Capacity analysis and design for all cell-sites under my responsibility. Tuning parameters for network improvement. Plan and coordinate system optimization like Site tuning (EDT, MDT, Azimuth, and antenna
height), Nominal design planning, propagation modeling, and assigning sites for characterization, Cell Sites selection and antenna.
Preparing CDD for new cell sites ready for integration. Technical site surveys for macro and micro cells (antenna location recommendation),
propagation tests. Coordinate Drive Tests for Optimization (Logistics and Scheduling) and analyzing data and
corrective actions to maximize radio coverage. Provide a weekly twenty worst performing cells list with problem description (analysis) and
action-plans for 5 BSC in terms of TCH Drop, SDCCH Drop, CSSR, HO, Cong etc. Provide on-the-job trainings to Interns to get them functional, and for new enrolled RF
Engineer in TEMS Investigation (Drive test and Analysis), MapInfo.
Coordinate Drive Tests for Optimization (Logistics and Scheduling) including competitive Bench Marking in every 3 months for my specific area, with post-driving analysis on weak points for competitive improvement.
Coordinate Customer Complaints Investigation and Resolution Supporting performance team KPI. Responsible of performance and monitoring of five BSCs at cell level by troubleshooting to
analyze faults and provide solution for RF parts (BTS and Air Interface part).

Drive test and analysis and benchmarking with others operators Detect problems and propose corrective solutions. Monitoring statistics and parameter tuning to optimize daily KPI’s (CSSR, Dropped call,
Paging, Location update, Handover, Congestion on TCH and SDCCH).
Skills Summary
Well versed with RF tools such as Citrix, TEMS Investigation from Ericsson and GENUX Probe 2.3, Assistant 3.3, Nastar 2.4 from Huawei Technologies, XCAL-M from Accuver for Zonal and Routine Drive Tests and GPS.
Site Drive Test & post-processing tool (Using Actix, MCom 4.2.0.0, MapInfo Professional 12.0.5, and TEMS Drive Test Series 15.1.0, 13.1.60, 9.1 & 8.0.1 series with Dongle as Aladdin HASP key) and GENUX Probe 2.3. Core part of all types of optimization of BTS sites.
