• Event location: Cafe K&K – district Phu Nhuan seems to be a very good place, well situated and easy to find: 89% of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied

• Room (size, chairs, screen): the majority of the attendees liked the room: 74% are satisfied to very satisfied. The problem for some attendees was the screen which was not in the middle of the scene, and the welcoming desk, which should be out of the room.

• Service (breakfast, drinks…): mix of croissants and fruits + choice among several drinks + free iced tea is a good formula: 92% of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied!

2.3. Topics & program evaluation

Attendees liked the presentations and topics, the timing (1/2 day) and time for each speaker (40’). An average of 76% answered positively to our questions.

The only problem seems to be the duration of the event: the audience is really divided (62% think it’s enoughand 48% disagree), which means that it is not a critical criteria. Developers, programmers and students would have preferred a full day.One solution could be: a half day for technical topics (9-12h) and a half day for business topics (14-16h).
