Account Management

• For a Key Client a Lead Consultant is appointed to oversee our relationship with that company.

• That ‘Account Manager’ will have regular communication with the partner and with the relevant RI consultants handling the active projects.

• Regular reporting keeps the partner fully informed and ensures that KPIs are achieved and SLAs are met.
