Thanks for your emaiI, I hope you are feeling better now. It was great to have you all come down on Saturday – we really appreciate it. So far, this is what I can give you.           Monday 7th December There is a schools performance at 11:00am and this is what we’re hoping to have done on this day: 

Cast Interviews - after the show as there is no afternoon Panto Dame video – after the show on the stage Schools – our Education Officer is liaising with schools attending on

that day to see if we will be able to gather a few groups together to capture their excitement and sentiment

You are free to film at this show if you so wish, let me know if this suits and I can set up

Behind the scenes can also happen this day along with the cast getting ready and generally what happens behind the scenes when the Panto is on.  You could even film our Dame doing dress changes, we filmed these last year, then sped up the footage and we found these worked well

 Wednesday 9th December This is our press night and where we will hope to capture vox pops on that night.  We can capture scenes from before it too, if that suits. You are more than welcome to film on this night too however I’m not sure how that will work for filming the vox pops and the crowds exiting unless there were two cameras.  You can let me know what you think is best for this Can you let me know if these dates are suitable? I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards,Amanda

These are great starting point Faustina, the quality of the footage is fab.

Just some feedback:

1.       Footer in the first few seconds I don’t feel font and swirls suit the style of the show but I have the layered files so I can send these across with the fonts if these work.  I can send these across in the morning.

2.       Can the stills be taken away on the interviews

3.       Font and swirls at the end as no 1

4.       Can we put our Box office details and website on there and book tickets 02871264455.  Maybe these flying in on a magic carpet.  Our logos would need to be on here too.  Let me know if you need these sent

5.       Can there be something popping up for a few seconds after the cast starts speaking to say who it is, like in the print (we have circles)

This coming Wednesday, 2nd of December, my filming crew (Jake , Eli and Adam and Tomala - 1st Years) have been assigned for filming for their social action project and they are doing the pantomime as well. Would we be able to come to millennium forum that day to do a floor plan/layout for filming wise for the children's show 7th of December?

It would give us a much better idea where the cameras will be placed and

also, what way you want certain things shot e.g. actors interviews, voxpops etc.

Faustina may have/ is going to forward on the crew profiles for passes for entering and leaving millennium forum.

I truly appreciate your quick responses to my emails and helping a lot Amanda. Thanks

I have set these tickets aside and they are set against the names below.  Conor sent me an email also so I have his seven allocated too. Press night kicks off at 7:00pm in the East Wall Bar.  I have to pick up my children this evening so it will be 6:30pm by the time I get back in which should be ample enough time. Can you let me know as soon as you can if you will need a sound feed so I can get this set up for you?  I’ve also blocked off the boxes that Shane had access to on Monday for consistency in the filming. Also will there be a camera at the back of the auditorium beside the sound desks.  I know that Shane may have recorded this already on Monday but I remember him saying he missed a bit of the ending.  If you can let me know when we will have the panto (show only) that would be great David our Chief Executive likes to watch it back. Also have you any idea where you would like to do the voxpops?  Please bear in mind that the bar, shop and café areas can get very congested so just let me know.  I know you guys will have another camera so we can have the voxpops ready to go as people leave. I hope this is okay - any questions at all, please just let me know. Kind regards,Amanda
