SUSTAINABILITY - ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SEMINAR fOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EMPLOYEE AWARENESS

Provides the management team with an understanding of what an Energy Management System is, what it comprises, the main steps involved in its implementation, and the certification process.

During our awareness sessions we make use of a wide range of tools with teaching, playful and interactive features, such as games, quizzes, and more. We believe that people learn better using these methods, and behaviours are permanently changed.

We tailor our sessions to each organisation according to its employees’ profile and to the company culture and values. We address the following questions:

• Why should we manage energy?• How will energy management apply to my department?• What’s my role in energy performance improvement?

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT TECHNIQUES – LEVEL TWO

Sustainable events rely heavily on suppliers’ engagement and commitment to sustainable values. This workshop identifies methodologies that can be put in place to achieve an effective supply chain management.

Sustainability Performance Evaluation enables organisations to assess the status of their sustainability performance, and identify areas for improvement. The selection of key performance indicators (KPI) are an important factor in SEMS implementation and can help an organisation demonstrate performance improvement to a variety of stakeholders.

This workshop focuses on the identification and engagement of stakeholders. This step is critical to sustainability issues identification and evaluation. Participants will be able to consider all relevant stakeholders’ points of view and deploy them into the SEMS.

This workshop will provide guidance on how to identify, evaluate and implement improvement opportunities in sustainability management.

DEALING WITH CONfLICT

DEALING WITH DIffERENT CUSTOMER BEHAVIOURS EffECTIVELY

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Life today is hectic we all juggle more and more commitments at home and at work. To stay happy and healthy through all of this we need to be clear about our own stress tolerance. If we can manage our own life reasonably well we can also help our friends, family and colleagues to do the same.

Everyone on the course will have experienced varying degrees of stress from time to time. Some stress is positive and pressure can be stimulating and exciting.

Sometimes we might feel there is more pressure than we are able to deal with at a particular moment in time, whether it stems from work or home.

This is a one day workshop designed to introduce participants to the tools and techniques all of us can use to manage stress more effectively in ourselves and others.

By the end of this workshop delegates will be able to;

• Appreciate the concepts of stress and stress management.• Detect any warning signs associated with the negative effects of stress in

ourselves and others• Use tools and techniques for avoiding, dealing with or insulating ourselves from stress.
