One of our many solution: How Do I Use The Adhesive And Backing Tape? Suitable on all products.

Unroll the two surfaces face up that require joining over lay one on the other by approx 50mm.

Fold back each side down the join by approx 30cm, using a straight edge trim each join edge. Lay the joining tape through the centre of the join. On small lengths up to 4m apply the adhesive on the joining tape and both sides of the surface (approx 6cm into each surface).

Once adhesive has been applied fold over one side of the surface onto the joining tape.

Slowly fold the second side onto the joining tape ensuring a tight join and that no grass tufts are crushed.

Once down using a float or a piece of timber to rub over the join to ensure contact. To ensure contact with the glue place boards or weights along the join. On larger joins work in small sections (approx 2m - 3m) and follow the same instructions above.

How Can I Join The Surface: Surfaces can be joined with tape or adhesive and backing tape both . Suitable on all fiber bonded and some artificial grass products. Unroll the two surfaces face down that require joining, using a straight edge trim both join edges (approx 15-30mm). Push both surfaces together so they form a tight join.

Cutting rolls: Cut with a Stanley Knife (or similar) using a sharp, heavy

duty blade. Mark the cutting line with a pencil and, using a straight edge, cut through the back of the roll, carefully parting the surface pile. A simple paper pattern (or template) should assist in cutting around curves, pipes, doorways etc.

Other way to join : Our surfaces can be joined also with hot melt tapes Use of hot melt tapes: Unroll the 2 surfaces face down that require joining, push both surfaces together so they form a tight join. Lay the hot melt tape glue down over the join. Heat up the tape with a domestic iron so that the glue melts below. When completed turn over the surface.
