    CASH OPTION

    After going through the online registration:

    1. Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the AMOUNT.

    2. Go to the CFC Global Mission Center (#156 20th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City) from 9am-

    5pm, Monday to Friday.

    3. Pay this transaction at the CFC Cashier within 2-3 working days. (Transactions not paid

    after 3 days will be cancelled. Once the transaction is cancelled, you have to register

    again.)

    4. The Cashier will then review your payment and CONFIRM your transaction.

    5. An email notification will be sent to you and the contact person you indicated.

    6. Send a scanned copy of your 2x2 photo to [email protected] along with the email

    confirmation received from CFC Home Office Online.

    7. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is NOT allowed once the transaction has

    been confirmed.

    8. RFID production is at most 7 days after photo has been sent. Once printed, you will

    receive an email notification with details on how to claim your RFID.

    CREDIT CARD OPTION

    After going through the online Registration, pay through CREDIT CARD:

    1. Use any MASTERCARD, VISA or JCB credit card.

    2. CFC Home Office website provides a secure server that handles confidential information

    such as credit card or payment information. This is encrypted using the latest Secure

    Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the industry standard tool that encrypts

    information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and CFC.

    This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet.

    3. As soon as your credit card payment is made successful, your transaction is also

    confirmed. UNSUCCESSFUL or REJECTED status will also be given to you if you didnt

    successfully enter your card details or if there is a problem with your issuing bank.

    4. Note that for credit card transactions, you will have to pay an additional 4% of the total

    amount plus P10 per transaction as a service charge.

    5. If you have any concerns about your credit card payment, please email right away

    6. An email notification will be sent to you and the contact person you indicated.

    BANK OPTION

    After going through the online registration:

    1. Deposit your payment to any Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or Philippine

    National Bank (PNB branch nearest to you.

    Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days upon

    registration. Your registration will automatically cancel after 3 days (72 hours) from

    the time you registered online.

    2. After deposit, log in back to www.cfchomeoffice.com.

    3. Go to REGISTRATION HISTORY and click your TRANSACTION ID.

    4. Enter Deposit details (DATE, TIME, REFERENCE NUMBER, BANK BRANCH, AMOUNT).

    a. BPI REFERENCE NUMBER: Located at Upper Right Side of Deposit Slip.

    (AlphaNumeric Code)

    b. PNB REFERENCE NUMBER: Please indicate branch.

    5. Finance will review the payment and do confirmation.

    6. An email notification will be sent to you and the contact person you indicated.

    7. Send a scanned copy of your 2x2 photo to [email protected] along with the email

    confirmation received from CFC Home Office Online.

    8. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is NOT allowed once the transaction has

    been confirmed.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Cancellation, Change of Name of Transaction

    1. Change of names or cancellation of transactions is NOT ALLOWED once the transaction

    has been confirmed.

    2. Deposit the same amount in the BANK as what is reflected in the total amount in your

    transaction. Staggered deposits for one transaction are not allowed. Your Transaction

    will either be INVALIDATED or RETURNED by Finance.

    3. BANK Confirmation will take 14 working days from the day you entered your deposit

    details in the CFC Home Office Online. This may extend to 19 working days during peak

    season (deadline and end of the month).

    a. To be able to facilitate your TRANSACTION better make sure you do the ff:

    i. Deposit the exact amount as reflected in the Transaction. Not lower, not

    staggered, not higher.

    ii. Key in the TIME of DEPOSIT the exact time in seconds as reflected in your

    deposit slip. (During peak season, there are many deposits at the same

    time and some are of the same amount. An exact deposit time will

    facilitate faster approval of your transaction.)

    iii. Key in the Notes field some items or explanation you would want Finance

    to know about your transaction.

    iv. If your transaction has been pending for more than 19 working days,

    please call immediately CFC Finance c/o Mhel at 709-4868 loc 34.
