• Develop inter-agency working• One-stop shops for young people with access to

all services – health, finance, housing, counselling, sexual health, careers guidance, jobs

• Representatives from all local agencies atttend discussion meetings every half term

• Topics during 2010 included Domestic Violence, Family Therapy, Social Care, Links Colleges – excluded students

• Also, monthly Children and Young People’s Planning Forum to raise cases of concern
