enjoyability, etc.- Learning outcomes can be formal, non-formal and

informal- Learning is a partnership of many and most of all

1. Reflective: raising awareness, self-managed, personalised portfolio, personalised ownership of learnin, multi-targeted objectives

2. Summative: retrospective, showcase, static, limited to a standard or single career-advice, accreditation

3. Formative: prospective, development, portfoli-enrichment, contextualized

Three modes of VPL (2)

1. Reflective: personalised, setting the personal standard, bottom-up

2. Summative: supply- or demand-steered, linking up with an external standard, top-down

3. Formative: lifelong learning in partnership, enriching all standards, middle-out.
