In the next 24 – 48 hours, the following email will be received at the email address supplied in the Enrollment step above.
At this point, the Tutorial will begin. It takes about an hour to listen to and is very useful in learning all the power that the portal gives you in terms of monitoring account activity as desired. To view any of the tabbed items from the Home page, like the Dashboard, or the Reports, you will usually see a screen that looks like the one below. It is an additional layer of security and is applicable to organizations with multiple locations. Your organization does not have an account that is set up for multiple locations, so this is not applicable to you. Therefore, whenever you see a screen like this, simply leave the ID field blank and click the Submit button.
