On your iPhone/iPad you have the ability to change whether or not certain apps can access your Camera and Photos. If you are seeing a black screen when you tap on the Camera or Camera Roll buttons on the app, you will want to make sure Palm-Tech is allowed to access them. This document explains how to make sure Palm-Tech has the access it needs. 1. The first step is to open the ‘Settings’ app on your iPhone/iPad.

2. Next, scroll down to where it says, “Palm-Tech Plus” and tap on it.

(Note: The Settings screen on the iPad could look slightly different.)

3. Now confirm that the option for ‘Camera’ is selected to allow access. If the button to the right of

Camera is white, it means Palm-Tech does not have access. Tap the button to make it green (as shown below) which means Palm-Tech will then have access to the Camera.

4. Last, we need to make sure the permissions for Photos are set. The options available for Photos are ‘Never,’ ‘Allow Photos Only’ and ‘Read and Write.’ Tap the arrow to the far right of Photos to access these options, then select ‘Read and Write.’
