Identitas Korporat juga memiliki sisi‐sisi sosial. Hampir di semua anggotakomunitas sosial, terbentuk kecondongan untuk membangun“Identitas Korporat” di mana mereka memiliki ikatan rasa yang samadengan anggota masyarakat yang lain meski kadang mereka tidakpernah bertemu sebelumnya. Ikatan spesial ini terbentuk kadang disebabkan karena kesamaan pengalaman, kesamaan nilai‐nilai budaya, kesamaan ekonomi, kesamaan agama, kesamaan asal

kelahiran, dan lain‐lain. Di Indonesia misalnya, terbentuk “Identitas Koporat” sosial ketika di satu kota misal di Jakarta, di situ ada masyarakat yang berasal dari daerah Medan, maka mereka akan condong untuk memiliki “Idenititas Korporat” sendiri, misal ketika di Arab saat menjalankan ibadah Haji bagi umat Islam, maka yang sama‐sama berasal dari Indonesia akan membentuk komunitas sendiri dan juga “Identitas Korporat” sosialnya sendiri, dan lain‐lain. Dalam hal ini, Identitas Korporat bisa dipromosikan, diperkuat dan dikembangkan melalui pembelajaran dari sisi bahasa, nilai‐nilai, kesamaan budaya, dan lain‐lain.
