Client referrals getting lost betweenagencies and lack of follow up of clients
Procedures should be developed that ensurean agency does complete clients interactions
with appropriate follow up, this may be completed by phone or email and need not
take too much time, only with monitoring can a worker be certain that clients referrals are
followed through.
