TREATMENT OF PROJECTS: Projects shall betreated as projects on a Federal-aid systemunder chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code.
*The actual funds received will be less than $25 millionbecause of obligation limitation.

Evaluation RequirementsEvaluation Requirements
STATISTICAL INFORMATION: TheSecretary shall develop statisticalinformation on changes in: motor vehicle, nonmotorized transportation,
and public transportation usage
And assess how such changes:
decrease congestion and energy usage, increase the frequency of bicycling andwalking,
and promote better health and a cleaner
environment.
