– Renovations– New Home Construction– Urgent Repairs
• Cost to rehab is less than half of building new
• Funded by HOME funds from the City
Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI)
• (1) New Home Built
• (4) Full Renovations Completed with (3) more homes being purchased by the City.
• (8) Urgent Repairs Projects completed with (4) more priced and ready to start
• Multiple City-owned lots available to HFHCC for new construction in the target area
• Financial Literacy Classes starting soon
