Dream Home Assisted Living is located at 5257 Big Tyler Road, Cross Lanes, West Virginia. Dream Home we be licensed by the State of West Virginia and serves the community of Cross Lanes/Charleston and surrounding areas.

Dream Home is a place that provides service with compassion, dignity, love and respect to the residents who may need assistance with daily living activities.

Dream Home provides residents with services that frees them from daily chores such as cooking; dressing, grooming, and ambulation; laundry and linen service; and full housekeeping and maintenance.

Other services include: twenty-four hour watchful oversight; medication monitoring program; assistance with bathing, scheduled transportation to doctor appointments; reminder service for all activities and medical

appointments; quality time with quests in the privacy of Dream Home conference room.

THREE MEALS PER DAYIndividualized meals plus snacks and light refreshments, tea and other beverages virtually throughout the day.

HOUSE KEEPING AND LAUNDRY SERVICESHouse keeping is performed daily and laundry services are provided daily. Bed linens are changed every other day or as needed. Personal bed linens are welcome.

HEALTH AND SECURITY SURVEILLANCE Dream Home provides 24 hours a day 7 days a week RN/LPN service, professional staff on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week, MD on call. Every room and bathroom is equipped with emergency call system. Dream Home has security cameras that monitor outside the facility.

TELEVISION AND TELEPHONEOur dinning room is equipped with LCD television and each semi-private resident room is equipped with two television sets with cable service available, two refrigerators, two night stands, and two wardrobes, one for each resident. The private room has a television, refrigerator, night stand, and wardrobe. Telephones are available for each resident for local calls at no additional costs.
