WORKING FORMAT
• Taken place on rent.• Work on all 7 days from 7a.m. to 11a.m. • Gayani + 2 assistant cook who cook food.• Major boom period is in evening.
CHALLENGES
• Except evening rest hours the restaurant are almost vacant• Competitors – local mess, restaurants ,vendors• Inventory management was not good
• Transportation and assitant cost was not properly managed.
Problems• The operation profit is very low.• Fluctuation of demand• Employees assistants has not created much impact• Time management is not upto the mark.• Limited inventory • Competition from neighbour's restaurant and mess• Sales drop on regular basis.• Expenses are increased

• Proper inventory management.• Increase 2 to 3 employees (for transportation and purchase management).• Proper time management is required.• Major target on student – maximum revenue is generated.• Segregate the work among assistants i.e. one for corporate and one for students
