Disassemblingthemachine,theoperatormustpayattentiontohotandunderPressureparts:boiler,pin-boiler,valves,dispensing,steamtube,brewunit,connectionsandpipestoavoidburns.Pleaserefertospecifichydrauliccircuit(Image1)toknowthepartsindetail.Themachinehydrauliccircuitcanreachmaximumpressureof16/18bar.TooperateinsafetyconditionisrecommendedtoperformtheSteamOutprocedureinordertoremovethepressureandhotwaterinsidethehydrauliccircuit.

WhenthemachinearrivesattheServiceCenterindescalingmodeinterrupted,ormakingDescal-ing,beverycarefulnottocomeintocontactwiththeDescaler.Aftertheproducthasbeenrepaired,itshouldfunctionproperlyandhastomeetthesafetyre-quirementsandlegalregulationsasofficiallylaiddownatthismoment

MilkevaluationTocarryoutthetest,apartiallyskimmedUHTmilkwithapercentageofgreasebetween1.5-1.8%atarefrigeratortemperatureTrefr.(between4to10°C)mustbeused.Themilkproductmustbecheckedonabeakerof250mlofcapabilityandwithaninnerdiameterof70mm,brewing100grofproduct.

2. Thetemperatureismeasuredbyimmersingtheprobeofthethermometer,positioningtheprobeinsidethebeakeratabout10mmfromthebottomofthecontainer,thentheprobemovesinacircularmotionfor3-5turns,stoppingattheend,atthecenterofthebeaker.Itdetectsthemaximumtemperaturereachedinatimeofreliefbetween3to5seconds.Itisimportantthemixingofmilkbeforethemeasurementat10mmfromthebottomofthebeaker.Ifthemixingiscorrect,temperature,forafewfractionsofasecond,duringthemeasurementshouldnotoscil-late.

Turn the grinder blades anticlockwise out of the support.

Turn the grinder blades clockwise out of the support. The bayonetconnectionscanbeaccessedfromtherear.

tions.-Removethegear(C)thatmesheswiththemotortransmis-

sion shaft.-Removethelargegear(B).-Removethemotor(A),completewithtransmissionshaft.

Replacethegear(B),makingsurethattheimprintofthe arrow is aligned with the opening containing the pin(P).

When replacing the motor and the transmission shaft,makesuretheguiderunners(L)areintheright position.Greasetheshaftthoroughlyandevenly.
