Disassemblingthemachine,theoperatormustpayattentiontohotandunderPressureparts:boiler,pin-boiler,valves,dispensing,steamtube,brewunit,connectionsandpipestoavoidburns.Pleaserefertospecifichydrauliccircuit(Image1)toknowthepartsindetail.Themachinehydrauliccircuitcanreachmaximumpressureof16/18bar.TooperateinsafetyconditionisrecommendedtoperformtheSteamOutprocedureinordertoremovethepressureandhotwaterinsidethehydrauliccircuit.
WhenthemachinearrivesattheServiceCenterindescalingmodeinterrupted,ormakingDescal-ing,beverycarefulnottocomeintocontactwiththeDescaler.Aftertheproducthasbeenrepaired,itshouldfunctionproperlyandhastomeetthesafetyre-quirementsandlegalregulationsasofficiallylaiddownatthismoment

Completelyinsertthedriptraywiththecoffeegroundsdrawer into the machineandclosetheservicedoor.
The machine is heating up to brewbeveragesordispensehotwater/steam.
The machine needs the “INTENZA+”waterfiltertobereplaced.
The brew group is being reset due to machine reset.
Themachineautomaticallyprimes the water circuit.

Toextractthetopsupportoftheappliance,pressonthegrindingadjustmentspindle(A)andturnthesupport anticlockwise until it unhooks.
Turn the grinder blades anticlockwise out of the support.

Replacethegear(B),makingsurethattheimprintofthe arrow is aligned with the opening containing the pin(P).
When replacing the motor and the transmission shaft,makesuretheguiderunners(L)areintheright position.Greasetheshaftthoroughlyandevenly.
