What do Graduates want?
10
What is the top member benefit service the AOG's should provide?
What are the Obstacles to Engagement?
• Isolation: Events and networks are segregated by Academy, Class Year, Geography, Special Interest and Industry.
• Uber-Volunteer Dependent : Chapters that try to improve what the AOG’s have given them are person dependent, not process dependent.
• Security: Popular PNS/SNS do not provide the appropriate security to interact within the profession of arms.
• Lost in the crowd: Other sites do not address the needs of the former and current SA graduates
• “Engagement is an estimate of the degree and depth of visitor interaction on the site against a clearly defined set of goals.” - Eric Peterson of Web Analytics Demystified
• Deploying tools requires a comprehensive and integrated strategy
• Benefits to jointly accomplishing this are greater than each academy going alone
So What is Engagement?
