EPOXY DISPERSION TWO COMPONENT P INTSERITAL is a aqueous two-component dispersion of epoxy resin. A Swiss technology product which is used as a protecting coat oncement based supports, stones, plaster, ceramics, asphalt, metal, glass, wood etc., for horizontal as well as vertical surfaces.

For exterior use it is recommended to protect the final layer fromthe UV radiation and to reinforce its strength by applying thetransparent polyurethanic coating SERITAL PT.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATIONThe substrate must be stable, sound and free of any materials thatprevent the proper adherence of the product, as dust, loose pieces,grease, etc. Any existing cracks and holes must be repaired before theapplication of the product.Prepare the surface by means of grinding, sandblast etc. Dependingon the nature of the substrate. Clean the surface thoroughly fromt ehdust with a hig absorbity vacuum cleaner, or water under pressure. Ifyou use water, it must be then removed with racletes.Serital can be applied on fresh concrete or mortar, and isrecommended for floors troubled by rising humidity.

MIXINGThe components A B are packed in vessels with predefined mixingratio of 1:1. Component B is added to component A.Mix with a low velocity power mixer so that there wont be any bubblesduring the mixing. Mix at least 5 minutes, until the mixture iscompletely homogenous. The ready mix must be consumed within 45

ominutes (at 20 C).

APPLICATION The well-mixed SERITAL is applied on the well-prepared supportby roller, brush or airless spraying equipment (nozzle 19-23). SERITAL is applied in two layers. Cross-wise application isrecommended to assure full protection. The second coat is appliedafter the first layer is completely dry. In case of existing humidity in certain parts of the substrate,discolorations may appear until the humidity goes away. After the end of the works, all tools must be thoroughly washedwith plenty of water.
