his desire to find a wife for his son? • Why didn’t Isaac find his own wife? • We first meet Eliezer in Genesis 15:2 as Abraham’s potential her. Why do you think Abraham

chose him to find a bride for Isaac? • Genesis 24:3-4, why was Abraham so committed to finding a wife from his own people rather

than in the land he lived? How does this point to Abraham’s commitment to the Lord? • How have you seen this statement play out for good or for bad: The person you marry has a

profound effect on you. • Abraham had done several things on his own without consulting God. He seemingly learned

some valuable lessons from these mistakes. How do we see him seeking the Lord in Genesis 22:7? How should we do this?
