REGISTRATION: Only by using the official prepayment form or www.winscoreonline.com will deposits and prepayment of entry fees be accepted. Deposits and prepayment must be received by Monday, September 27th.
REFUNDS: No refunds of advance deposits or prepaid entry fees after Thursday, September 23rd except for emergencies. A written request must be submitted. All entries are final after Thursday, September 23rd. Entry fees will not be refunded unless the event is cancelled. Shoot management will consider emergency medical withdrawals accompanied by a written request.
ELIGIBILITY: All participants must be current members of the NSCA. Membership applications will be accepted at the shoot. Shooters who choose to depart from regular rotation schedule are not eligible for awards or option money.
RULES AND REGULATIONS: All NSCA rules apply. FITASC rules apply in 100 target FITASC main event.
PROTESTS AND CORRECTIONS: Corrections to scores, event and concurrent entries and entry into Special Concurrents should be reported to the Registration Desk as soon as they are noticed. It is vitally important for shooters to check the scoreboard to make certain they have been entered in all events for which they are qualified as no additions or corrections to Concurrent and Special Concurrent entries will be made after 12 PM Saturday, October 2nd. Shooters are urged to check their scores each day as corrections to awards will not be made unless registration is notified prior to shoot-offs beginning or in the case of awards not involved in ties, before 6 PM Sunday, October 3rd. Protests must be submitted in writing in accordance with the NSCA and FITASC rules and will be decided by the Protest Committee whose decision is final.

AMMUNITION: Available for purchase at club house or from vendors. No 3” shells allowed. Maximum loadsfor any event (Including games):
INCLEMENT WEATHER/LIGHTNING PLAN OF ACTION: At the first sign of anapproaching storm, local Doppler radar will be monitored for the direction andseverity of the storm. At the same time, shoot management will be strategicallypositioned to monitor the approaching storm for lightning and any other potentialdangerous elements.
At first sight of lightning (by and/or relayed to any shoot staff), a cease-fire will becalled immediately via PA system and by shoot management to each field where PAis not available. All shooting venues be cleared of participants.
Shoot management will monitor conditions and decide when it is safe to return toshooting venues.
CLAYS CARS: Individually-owned clays cars, gators, mules and other similarvehicles are allowed. For all rental carts please contact Liberty Golf Cars directlyat 409-892-7000 or visit their website at www.libertygolfcarstx.com. No ATV or4-wheelers allowed. You must be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers licensesto operate approved vehicles on GHSC grounds.
SOLICITING: No literature of any kind may be distributed on the grounds withoutprior approval of GHSC Management.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: All persons, spectators, shooters, referees and trap personnel must wear eye and ear protection at all times while on any shooting venue. Spectators and participants assume all risks resulting from accident or loss of property occurring on the Greater Houston Sports Club grounds.
OTHER INFORMATION: GHSC and Diamond Classic Shoot Managementreserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this program if conditions warrant.Management decisions are final. In accordance with NSCA rules,Shoot Management may refuse any entry or cause the withdrawal of any contestantwho annoys, endangers or interferes in any way with the harmony of the shoot or,in management’s opinion, whose conduct is unsportsmanlike.

Immediately following the auction shooters will compete in a single elimination bracket shoot off for the championship.• Prizes split as follows• 1st place 60% of total calcutta purse. 70% to buyer and 30% to shooter.• 2nd place 40% of total calcutta purse. 70% to buyer and 30% to shooter.
Calcutta payments are cash or check only.
Shooters pay $20 for a chance to qualify as one of the top 8 shooters. Shooters may qualify as many times as needed. $10 from each entry goes to the Calcutta pot.
Qualifying will begin Thursday, September 30th at 8:00am and ends Saturday, October 2nd at 5:00pm sharp! Sunday Clay Snooker will be practice only.
