September 2021 Dear Esplanade Members, A very warm welcome to all new homeowners of Esplanade on Palmer Ranch and Legacy Estates! If you haven't had a chance to do so yet, please stop by the front desk of the Amenity Center to collect your member packet, key cards, and fobs. Please fill out your member packet and return it to the front desk of the resort Amenity Center to register your household as Members of the Resort Amenity. We look forward to meeng you soon! We are all so grateful to have the return of Signature Events this year! Catch the sneak peek of Bubbles and Bowes in this issue. September has plenty of fun in store. There is a focus on the courts with Dink & Drink and the introducon of our Intermediate Pickleball Clinic, both hosted by Sco Treibly. Dance night is returning by popular demand and is a fun way to socialize with neighbors and to get moving! If you are drawn to more peaceful and relaxing events then join Caron Hunter for the Mindful Mediaon Introducon and learn new tools to bring calm and happiness to your days. As a reminder, if you have a house or day guest who will be using the amenies, please be sure to register them at the front desk. Once registered, your guest will be issued a guest pass that they should keep with them while enjoying the resort amenies. This includes guests that are joining you to play on any of the sports courts. Please contact your Lifestyle Manager if you have any quesons about the Lifestyle program or the amenies that we offer here at Esplanade. Please note, all Members can begin registering for events as soon as the monthly newsleer and calendar are sent out. COMMON AREAS • The irrigation system chemical injection and flushing process was completed. The point areas are
scheduled to be re-sodded.
• The back exit gate was damaged and has been replaced.
• Amenity Center Palm at the front entrance is scheduled to be replaced.
• Going forward, Envera, the gate contractor, has been advised that the main entrance gates are to be closed 24/7
• Signs for the designative ‘golf cart’ parking area at the Resort Amenity parking lot were updated.
• A storm water drainage system inspection will be conducted of all above ground stormwater easements through the community to assure no plantings or other potential impediments exist that could negatively affect the community stormwater management system to function properly.

Merry is excited to be part of Esplanade on Palmer Ranch, an amazing resort style community, as an onsite community association manager. She considers it a privilege to be part of an awesome Team providing unique and specialized services to the community.
She has managed large communities for almost a decade in Sarasota and Manatee counties and also has extensive experience as a legal assistant, educator and the senior construction manager’s assistant of a posh multi-million dollar beachfront condominium development on Lido Beach. In addition, her experience includes working as an assistant in the real estate industry during purchase and sale transactions and assisting buyers during new construction for multi-million dollar properties. Her bachelor’s degree in Education has been a plus in working with communities and individuals. Merry Porter
She has had the privilege of traveling and living internationally on business in England, Finland, White Russia, Russia, Latvia and Canada. Her experience includes nationwide travel as a motivational speaker’s assistant. She has also visited Germany, Holland, France, Israel, Italy the Bahamas and Jamaica.
Her experience as an office manager, licensed community association manager and realtor assistant enables her to achieve her goal to serve and meet the needs of the community as the residents kickback and enjoy their choice of resort lifestyle living.
