It will be on 9-25 as well. This will be on the last Monday each month. Music Club Mrs. Skinner, our music teacher, is excited about leading a before school, Chorus for 1st- 6th graders. (students are considered absent if not in attendance a min. of 4 hrs. a day, cannot sign in after 10:30am & they can- not attend aftercare or sports as well) *Arriving late (after 8:30 am): please go to office & sign in, we will escort your child to class. *Doctor appointments that cannot be made after school, you must bring a doctor note to enter school late or to return if signed out earlier. *Refer to handbook for any policy & procedure questions or call the office. * If parking & walking in, please try to park on west side of parking lot so that you aren’t stuck in or blocking traffic trying to get out.

any sports are required to

have an annual sport physi-

cal (if your doctor doesn’t

have a form we have one in

the office) and an annual

release of liability also
