Club with Ms. Light. Lim-
ited registration 1st-6th
grade! The club started on
Monday, August 28, in
room 12 from 2:40-3:30. It
will be on 9-25 as well. This
will be on the last Monday
each month.
Music Club Mrs. Skinner, our music
teacher, is excited about
leading a before school,
Chorus for 1st-
6th graders. This
will be on every
Wednesday of
each month and started
on 8-16from 7:45-8:15 am.

School Hours: School is fully underway.
Attendance Matters and it’s important to arrive on time
Full Day—7:00-5:30 arrive anytime prior to 8:30, pick up by 5:30.
Extended Day 8:30-2:30 arrive between 8:15-8:30 (please do not take your
child to before care, you can sit with them in the picnic pavilion until 8:15.

Pick up: 3-6 2:15-2:30, 1st & 2nd—2:30. 3rd & 4th—2:35, 5th & 6th—2:40
Morning 8:30-11:30 arrive between 8:15-8:30 Pick up: 11:15-11:30
All Elementary students walk into class independently, parents say their
goodbyes at the door if walking child into school.
All Toddler Montessori students must be walked into and out of school.
* Please note that at dismissal, 3-6 children should be picked up first & then
parents should get back in the loop to pick up elementary students.
*Please call the office if you will be late. (students are considered absent if not
in attendance a min. of 4 hrs. a day, cannot sign in after 10:30am & they can-
not attend aftercare or sports as well)
*Arriving late (after 8:30 am): please go to office & sign in, we will escort
your child to class.
*Doctor appointments that cannot be made after school, you must bring a
doctor note to enter school late or to return if signed out earlier.
*Refer to handbook for any policy & procedure questions or call the office.
* If parking & walking in, please try to park on west side of parking lot so
that you aren’t stuck in or blocking traffic trying to get out.
Swim team practice has
started as of 8– 22-17 at
Gleason Pool. Please con-
tact Mrs. Naugle with any
questions.
All students participating in
any sports are required to
have an annual sport physi-
cal (if your doctor doesn’t
have a form we have one in
the office) and an annual
release of liability also
needs to be completed pri-
or to starting in any sports
activity. We appreciate
everyone’s support with
our after school sports. The
children all learn such valu-
able teamwork lessons.
