determining compensation.

• PV: (Personal Volume). A unit of value assigned to products purchased by Partners personally or their retail customers.

• OV: (Organizational Volume). All commissionable volume generated by a Partners enrollment tree.

RanksWe are a volume based compensation plan and ranks are calculated by your PV and the OV of your enrollment tree. We use monthly PV and OV to determine your “paid as” rank. Whatever rank you finish the previous calendar month, is the rank you’ll be paid at when receiving your bonuses. You may be also promoted in real time to a higher rank at any point you meet the qualifications of that rank. Your recognized or “lifetime”rank will always be your highest achieved rank. No more than 50% of the CV from any single line of enrolment tree lineage may be counted towards meeting the total Organizational Volume (OV) rank qualification requirements for any given rank.

Once active, any month you personally purchase products of at least 50PV or have acquired online customers (including preferred customer autoships) through your Elevacity retail storefront who have purchased a combined volume of 50PV, you are considered “bonus qualified”.

Once you are bonus qualified, and you have enrolled and then maintained a minimum of two active Partners (one on the left side and one on the right side of your dual team structure) with a 50PV monthly order, then you are “dual team qualified”.

CompensationPlanComponentsRetailCustomerBonus(PaidWeekly)Elevacity™ has two tiers for pricing; wholesale and retail. Elevacity™ Partners purchase their products at wholesale while Elevacity™ Customers purchase products at retail. Retail Profits is the price difference. Essentially there are two effective methods to collect retail profits. In-person retail sales: When you share Elevacity ™ products with others, and they purchase directly from you. Online Retail Sales: When you become an Elevacity™ Partner you will receive an Elevacity™ Online Retail Storefront. Simply send customers directly to your online store (website) and we'll ship their order on your behalf. All products will be sold at the Suggested Retail Price and you'll earn the retail profit. No qualifications are required to receive retail commissions. Retail commissions earned from your Online Storefront will be paid out weekly. Commissionable Volume generated by customers through your Online Storefront will be considered part of your personal volume. BulkOrderRebate(PaidWeekly)For Partners that that need a lot of product, we offer an additional rebate for bulk orders. Any Bulk Order will count towards your PV and that volume placed in either the Dual Team or Unilevel structure depending as usual.

50%FirstMonthBonus:(PaidWeekly)You will receive 50% of the CV of all single product orders and 50% of the dollar amount of all retail packs that your new Partner purchases. All CV generated from the first month of purchases from your new enrollments will be placed in the Dual Team Structure.

DualTeam(Binary)Bonus(PaidWeekly)The Dual Team Development Bonus is paid based on the powerful concept of team building. You start by building two teams; a right side and a left side. When you enroll your first two new Partners, one will go on your left and one on your right. Then everyone else that joins your team will be added to your left or right team. You will set your placement preference in your back office. Whenever a Partner, or their customer(s) places an order during their first 30 days, the commissionable volume will go into the Dual Team structure. The Partner can either be enrolled by you, or placed below you by upline Partners above your position, which we refer to as “spillover”.

Once your payleg (lesser leg) volume reaches 100CV, you will earn between 10-20% commissions. The percentage received is based on your “paid as” rank. After the bonus is calculated, an amount equal to the entire pay leg volume shall be removed from both legs.

Toqualifyforthesepowerfulcommissions,simply:1.) Have 50PV each month from your retail customer’s purchases through your Elevacity website, or your own personal purchases (this makes you bonus qualified) 2.) Personally sponsor and then maintain at least two (2) Partners, one on each team (one left and one right), who also have generated 50PV each month from their retail customer’s purchases from their Elevacity website, or their own personal purchases (this makes you dual team qualified)

The maximum Dual Team bonus paid out weekly is based on your monthly “paid as” rank. a) Bronze = $2500 b) Silver = $4500 c) Gold = $6000 d) Sapphire = $15,000 e) Ruby = $30,000

Maintain your Bonus Qualified status and all carry-over “unpaid” volume will remain in your Power Leg to the next commissionable period, and will continue to accrue for 30 days. If you become inactive or lose your Bonus Qualified status, there is a 7day grace period before losing carryover volume. You may carryover all unused Powerleg volume to the maximum allowed based on your rank.

DualTeamCheckMatch.(PaidWeekly)When you enroll a Partner, you can also earn a percentage of their weekly Dual Team Bonus. You will also earn a percentage of all the Partners they personally enroll. And again, through 4 levels deep, regardless of where they are in your Dual Team structure. To receive this bonus, you must be Dual Team Qualified. This bonus is dynamically compressed, meaning if a partner is not paid a Dual Team Check Match (due to not being Dual Team qualified or any other reason) the system shall “compress” the check match bonus to the first qualified Partner above them in the enroller organization upline that is Dual Team qualified. Matching Bonuses are designed to encourage Sponsors to mentor Partners deep within their sales organization. UnilevelCommissions(PaidMonthly)After the 31st day a Partner who was enrolled by you or is within your enrollment tree, will have their PV placed into the Unilevel structure. You are paid up to 9 levels deep of all the volume in your Unilevel structure. To qualify for Unilevel Commissions, simply be Bonus Qualified each month, which may be achieved from your retail customer’s purchases through your website, or your own personal purchases. Any Partner(s) who are “inactive” or who are active, but failed to achieve a 50PV threshold during the commission period in question will be dynamically compressed out for level determination; thereby, enabling Partner’s to receive maximum CV towards their Unilevel Bonuses.

A generation is determined when a “paid as” Sapphire (or higher) is located in any line of lineage within your Enrollment (sponsorship) Tree and ends with, but does not include, the next “paid as” Sapphire or higher. As you advance in rank, you add generational depth.

When you become a Sapphire Consultant you get paid the 1st generation. (Additional 2% on all CV) When you become a Ruby Consultant you get 2 generations of payment. For as long as a Partner maintains the following qualifications every year, Elevacity will continue to pay for the family vacation, for life.

• Maintain the rank of Ruby a minimum of 7 out of 12 months (paid as).
