STOOP / PORCH FairNotes:Concrete shrinkage cracks exist on back porch. These cracks are normaland should not be an issue, however I recommend you monitor these inthe future for any possible movement.

PATIO InspectedNotes:I recommend sealing the stamped concrete patio each year to preventcolor loss. There is also a repaired crack on the edge of the patio. I putpressure on it to test it and it appears to be holding up just fine.

SUMMARY:

Overall the home is in good condition. I recommend reading this entirereport before you make a final decision.

There were no major concerns regarding function or safety during thisinspection. I was unable to inspect the attic area due to access limitationsas well as test the air conditioning unit due to current temperatures. Pleasedo not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions or concerns.
