Introduction:

Regent Food Corporation started with 70 employees in 1998 and today, its workforce is more than 500 workers. These are working hard in hand in hand methods and harmoniously with the management in order to achieve its company's goal. The company now produces candies, prawn crackers aside from its original top of the line Snack foods.

A-one crunchies fails to compete with other brands because it lacks advertisements and promotions in order to market. The researchers have chosen this product to bring a new kind of innovation that can compete with other similar products, this study is to revive the decreasing market of a-one crunchies in the Philippines.

to simplify its manifold definition, means getting the attention of the shoppers, and eventually causing the lasting impression. Aside from being an attention-grabber, packaging remains the “silent salesman” that beckons on the consumer to decide and make a purchase.
