HYMN “Come, Thou Almighty King” UMH 61 OPENING PRAYER Rev. Laura Adam God of all life and grace, we ask your presence with us on our journey through life. You have called us to be on the move as your servants in the service of others. Forgive us for falling short of your call. Help us to be faithful to your ways of love and grace. Keep us from helpless despair. Give us the power to make your love known, even in this world that seems so bent on war and hate.
