Senior Citizens Performance and Afternoon Tea
On Monday the 4th of November a group of students are
heading to the Bowling Club to perform for the Pleasant Point
Senior Citizens Friendship Group. As a part of this
performance we are preparing afternoon tea for the group and
would appreciate some help with this. The afternoon tea is at
1.45pm at the Bowling Club and could include sandwiches,
slices and savouries - there is an oven available to heat food.
You would also be required to make cups of tea for the group,
but this is supplied by the club. If you are available and
interested in helping out with preparing plates and serving
afternoon tea, please get in touch with Melissa via email
[email protected] or leave a message in the
office.
Thank you
Melissa Robins
We are really excited that “Get to the Point” is coming up
on Saturday 9th November. This year we will be running the
Chocolate Wheel and the Salad Bar again.
We would love to invite any interested parents that would
like to run and organise the Salad Bar to let the office know.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in
please email [email protected] or come
and see Penny in the office. Join us for a fun day - we would
love to hear from you!
We are asking all families to donate a box of chocolates or a
box of scorched almonds to go towards the prizes for the
day. These can be dropped to the office.
Donations of salads closer to the time will
be requested. Keep an eye out in upcoming
Newsletters and on the Facebook page.
Thanks for your assistance with this!
