Transcript of Semtech NO NO2 Analyser
Low NO/NO2Non-Dispersive UltraViolet Analyzer
Sensors’ Low NO/NO2, uses Non-Dispersive Ultra-Violet (NDUV) technology to measure the levels of NO and NO2 in the exhaust of both spark ignited and compression ignited engines. The analyzer meets the updated 2010 US EPA standards, as well as measurement standards worldwide. Non-dispersive ultraviolet analysis is an absorption spectroscopy technique used for gas analysis. The ultraviolet wavelength is used for the measurement of NOx because it is not cross sensitive to CO2 and H2O, which do not absorb well in the UV region. Sensors’ latest design NDUV is built from the latest technologies, offering improved features and benefits over our previous design.

Low NO/NO2
Non-Dispersive UltraViolet Analyzer
Features
LED Light Source: The LED can be operated at very high frequencies, enabling an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
Shock Resistance: The mechanical design has been optimized for resistance to shock and vibration, ensuring accurate data in the most rugged of in-use environments.
24-bit A/D Converter: This converter prevents DACs from railing.
6 Temperature Controlled Zones: Temperature controlled zones for the detectors, the pressure transducer, the LED and the EDL ensure accurate data throughout a wide range of ambient temperatures, and minimize drift.
Backward Compatibility: The 2010 Low NO/NO2 is compatible with our previous NDUV.
