O Review the courses with your student.

O Circle preferred required courses and the elective class with your student.

O A band application has been provided and is on our website.

O Please attach band application to course selection sheet.

O Sign the form and return to your student’s teacher by the deadline listed on the last slide.

The required courses will be determined by the middle school counselor upon review of the prerequisites listed on the next two slides.
