Select Seminary Enrollment Progress

For youth that are not yet eligible for seminary, not currently enrolled in seminary, or no longer eligible for seminary, you can identify a “Year in Seminary” in MLS for each of these youth. This will remove those youth from the Seminary Attendance Report that are not eligible for seminary this year and make your report percentages more accurate.

The Term-to-Date Attendance will show how many times each student has attended / the number of class sessions held. A percentage of 80% is required to receive credit for seminary.

The Attendance Status will either show “Not Enrolled”, “Good” for those students with 80% attendance or higher, or “Of Concern” for those students with attendance falling below 80%.

Printing the report will provide additional information for each of the youth in the ward.
