Seminar Series Trifold Brochure An overlay brochure was designed to ac- commodate changing text from week to week announcing each of the 20 visiting speakers throughout the academic school year. Choosing to print the brochure shells in two colors and the overlay in one color served the dual-purpose of keeping printing cost under budget while helping to maintain Cornell’s visual identity. Membership of the Advisory Board consists primarily of Cornell graduates that are company chairpersons, presidents, principals, partners, CEO’s and other key industry executives, and who represent real estate industry and geographic diversity. The Board plays a critical role in advising on academic issues, such as the relevancy of the curriculum to industry needs, serving as a vehicle for linkages with the real estate community, advocating on behalf of the program, lecturing, provid- ing resource and mentoring support, and more. Following gradua- tion from the city’s public school system, he entered the Georgia In- stitute of Technology where he earned his BS in Industrial Manage- ment. Mr. Williams has directed and coordinated the development, construction and management of real estate developments since 1966 Mr. Williams was Founder of Post Properties, Inc. and is cur- rently President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Holdings, LLC, and Williams Realty Advisors, LLC. He also holds interests in various other entities involving the acquisition, development, build- ing, holding, leasing, managing, operating and exchanging of real properties and enterprises. Mr. Williams is currently serving on the Board of Directors of River- side Bancshares, Inc. and the Atlanta Falcons. He previously served on the boards of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, the Atlanta Regional Commission, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bu- reau, Post Secondary/Vocational Education, the Executive Commit- tee of the National Apartment Association, the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company, and the Board of Cumberland Community Improvement District.
