    Seminar On

Focused Improvement through Loss Cost Analysis26-27 April, 2011: YASHADA, Pune

The word Loss is the terminology given to the GAP between Expected vs Actual. If the gap is more, we can

say it is a big loss, if it is less, it is a small loss and if no gap it will become a profit. We are at presently recoveringfrom the recession era. Organizations had already felt the pinch of contribution loss and in the worst case cash loss.

There are many ways to face the impact of recession. But cost reduction and loss elimination are the two most im-portant factors.

In todays cut throat competition a company can only be in profit, when its people are able to understand the Loss-Cost relationship. Now selling price is decided by the customer (market), so to make profit an organization has to

work on Manufacturing cost, where the real losses are happening.

Every production activity consists of two variables. One is the process and the second one process linked equipment. It is very important that every employee in the organization must understand what type of losses appeared betweenthe process and the equipment and is able to relate them to monetary losses .

This seminar will focus on Manufacturing & related functions & processes to eliminate losses and make profit underany circumstances of Business. Knowledge for identifying these losses and relating them in terms of money value to

eliminate the same at work place becomes very critical for organization to be profitable.
