Transferring from linear to non-linear texts:

The total cost of the house renovation is RM 120 000. The anterior part would cost RM52 800 and this would include building a porch, tiling the floor and fixing new gates. The cost of building a retaining wall for the rear part of the house is RM17 000. This includes a wire-fence that is to be fixed after the retaining wall has been completed. Works to refurbish three bathrooms cost RM 7800 per bathroom. This totals up to RM 23400. The cost for electrical wiring and also plumbing stands at RM 12 000. Lastly, the cost for the floor work that includes hacking the present floor and restoring the laminated flooring is RM 14 800.
