controller for locking and unlocking. It has dual power supply, AA battery

+ rechargeable Li-battery for preventing emergency power failure at any

circumstances. Also ready for direct supply with 12V DC adapter or vehicle

battery.

II. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION LOCKING / UNLOCKING: 1. Auto-locking when the door close. 2. One button unlocking. 3. Turn the spin button to lock or unlock.

4. Lock/Unlock by remote control: Double control system. Press the button then

X system to lock, press the button then X system to unlock, press the button

then Y system to lock, press the button then Y system to unlock. 5. Lock/Unlock by Password or Card. (Need Control Panel, optional)

LOW POWER ALARM: At normal operation 3 beeps at lock/unlock operation will sound. When battery power is low the following message will be prompt after the three eeps: Low battery, Please replace new atter Replacing the AA batteries or recharge the Li-18650 battery is required. *** Reminding: Is highly recommended to replace the AA batteries by new ones the soonest possible when the low power alarm sounds and recharge the Li-18650 battery monthly for keep the power level full. Before long-time traveling, replace

new batteries or connect the 12VDC adapter power for avoiding any inconvenience.

DEAD LOCK MODE: When the lock is locked, You can slide the switch to LOCK position for double lock the door, the lock is set into DEAD LOCK mode. The lock could not be operated by Remote control, panel (optional) or external open signal (access signal from CCTV control, optional). You can slide the switch to UNLOCK position for releasing the DEAD LOCK mode.

REMOTE CONTROL SETUP: 1. Open the lock cover, find the X button and Y button on the PCB board.

2. Take one remote control, press and hold the button for 5 seconds, simultaneously press and hold the X button of the PCB board for 3 seconds. If the LED light flash and 3 short beeps are heard then the remote control is successfully linked. If 2 long beeps are heard then the operations failed. Please reset it with above steps.

3. Press the button and X button as above steps to link the X system.

4. With the same remote control, Press and hold the button for 5 seconds simultaneously with Y button of the PCB board for 3 seconds. If the LED light flash and 3 short beeps are heard then the remote control is successfully linked. If 2 short beeps are heard then the operations failed. Please reset it with above steps.

5. Press the button and Y button as shown above to link the Y system. 6. Check whether the remote control works appropriately. 7. If any of them does ’t work properly, reset it with the above steps.

REMOTE CONTROL DELETE:

1. Open the lock cover and find the X and Y button on the PCB board. 2. Press the X button 5 times holding the last press for three seconds. Two long

beeps and recorded message are the confirmation that all remote control have been deleted from the X circuit.

3. Repeat step two with the Y button for deleting all remote control from the Y circuit.

Note: Remote controls are removed independently from X circuit (big buttons of the remote control) and Y circuit (small buttons of the remote control) by step 2 and 3 respectively.

POWER SUPPLY:

The lock has 2 independent systems. The PCB board has double MCU (micro controller unit), double driver, double radio system. The power supply functions as follows:

1. 4 AA battery for X system (B1); 2. Li-18650 rechargeable battery for Y system (B2); 3. USB power (charge for Li-18650 battery, LED shine when charge); 4. Control Panel (optional) power socket. 5. External 12VDC power charge socket (D1, The Red+Black wire); 6. The D2 is short circuited by default, for sharing all power to X system and Y

system together.

ACCESS CONTROL INTERFACE:

On the PCB board, The D1 socket has 2 wires (white and blue) able to connect the Access Control System or CCTV control system, and unlocking the system with an input voltage (DC5V-20V) signal. The wire connect drawing as follows:

III. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLATION STEPS:

A1: Drill a hole for installing lock cylinder or control panel front. (if you do ’t need the lock cylinder or control panel outside the door, please ignore step A1).

A2: Put the Lock od ’s bottom plate on the door, drill four holes according to the bottom plate, then fasten the screws with the bottom plate.

A3: Check the wire connection is correct by inserting the Li-18650 rechargeable battery and 4 AA battery (if necessary).

A4: Set up all remote controls link for both systems (X and Y). A5: After installing the lock body on the bottom plate, close the battery cover and

fasten the screws on both sides of the lock body. A6: Turn the lo k’s spin button to show the latch and place the catch on the door

frame. Verify that the catch can move gently in and out the catch without any friction. Install the lock catch bottom plate and the lock catch.

A7: Check all the lock functions are working properly. *** WARNING: We suggest to contact a technician for installing the lock if you are not confident enough on the results. The guarantee does not cover damages due to improper installation.

Before selecting the prompt voice languages, check the 4 remote control buttons are

working properly by locking and unlocking. Afterwards follow the process below:

English Version: Press and hold the 2 buttons + simultaneously for 5

A) Introducción sobre el Producto ESTA CERRADURA DE SEGURIDAD invisible desde el exterior, adopta las técnicas más modernas como el Doble sistema de mando a distancia encriptado con codificación Rolling Code, dispone de 4 botones 2 para cierre y 2 para apertura. Tiene además doble sistema de alimentación, con pilas o alimentación directa a la red con adaptador 12 Vdc o batería de vehículo. La batería de emergencia interna recargable impedirá en todo momento la falta de energía.

C) Opciones de Alimentación: Alimentación 1: Pilas alcalinas AA 1,5 Vdc: Al poner las 4 pilas AA la cerradura habilita el Sistema X (botones grandes del mando a distancia) Duración 6 meses con uso de 10 operaciones de apertura y cierre al día. IMPORTANTE: Usar las pilas tipo AA descritas y nunca usar pilas recargables en su lugar. Esto causa daños en la cerradura y anula la garantía.

Batería de emergencia: Viene conectada de fábrica, alimenta el sistema Y (botones pequeños del mando a distancia) tiene función de auto-carga conectada a una fuente alimentación constante de 12Vdc. NOTA: De no estar instalada a una fuente de alimentación 12 Vdc se debe recargar durante 12 - 24 horas (depende del tipo cargador) 1 vez cada mes conectando al puerto USB un cargador de móvil. Alimentación 2: Fuente de alimentación externa 12 Vdc: Es el tipo de instalación más recomendado ya que el cableado garantiza que la cerradura siempre tendrá alimentación. Se realiza por medio de un alimentador externo 12 Vdc o la batería de un vehículo. No se necesitan pilas AA pero se recomienda su utilización. Alimenta

tanto al sistema X como al sistema Y al mismo tiempo (trabajan los 4 botones del mando a distancia). Se recarga la batería interna de emergencia de forma automática. Puerto micro USB para recargar la batería emergencia: Se utiliza un cargador de móvil estándar de 5 Vdc tipo micro USB. Se puede dejar conectado de forma permanente sirviendo de alimentación continua. NOTA: No utilizar si la cerradura está conectada mediante el cableado a una red de 12 Vdc o batería de coche.

D ) Funciones operativas:

2-1. Orden de apertura remota: Utilice los cables azul y blanco conforme al

esquema del dibujo. Puede abrir la cerradura con un pulso de cualquier dispositivo externo de otro fabricante como portero automático, central de alarmas.

2-2. Bloqueo interno: Al desplazar el botón a la posición "LOCK", la cerradura no se puede abrir desde fuera. Queda bloqueada desde el interior.

2-3. Indicador de luz LED: El LED 1 le hará una serie de indicaciones que solo se activan cuando la cerradura está conectada a la red o al puerto de carga micro USB. Cuando la cerradura solo tiene pilas AA se anulan las señales LED para ahorro de energía. Un parpadeo de luz LED 1 cada segundo indica que la cerradura está abierta. Una luz fija significa que la cerradura está cerrada. Un parpadeo rápido 3 veces por segundo indica que la batería está siendo recargada. El LED 2 le guiará en el proceso de programación del control de accesos RDIF y teclado. (Ver manual del teclado auxiliar)

2-4. Compatible con dispositivos de control de Acceso, La cerradura puede ser

controlada mediante un teclado con clave numérica, llave o tarjeta electrónica RDIF.

2-5. Aviso del cambio de pilas agotadas, El sonido de 5 bip, bip, bip, bip, bip consecutivos y el mensaje de voz (cambie las baterías ) indica que es necesario reemplazar las 4 pilas alcalinas 1,5 Vdc tipo AA. Cambie las pilas alcalinas 1,5 V tipo AA en ese momento. ( Continuará funcionando con normalidad cerca de 50 operaciones ).

2-6. Perilla de accionamiento manual, Dispone de una perilla para abrir o cerrar la cerradura con la mano sin necesidad de energía eléctrica.

2-7. Pulsador eléctrico, Desde el interior puede abrir la cerradura pulsando este botón. 2-8. Cierre automático, La cerradura se cierra sola cuando detecta que la puerta está cerrada. De este modo ahorra energía del mando a distancia ya que no es necesario activar el botón de cierre. Esta función hace también que la cerradura sirva como cerradura principal de la vivienda o vehículo de transporte.

2-9. Mensajes de voz, Dispone de un reproductor de voz que le indica en cada momento el estado de la cerradura y le ayuda con los ajustes: - Cerradura abierta.- Cerrado.- Operación realizada con éxito.- Batería agotada, por favor cambie las baterías.- Error al cerrar.

E ) Operaciones con el mando a distancia: El mando dispone de 4 botones operativos.

Los 2 botones grandes X sirven para abrir y cerrar la cerradura utilizando la energía suministrada por las pilas AA. Son el circuito principal de trabajo. Se enlazan pulsando el botón X de la placa electrónica.

Los 2 botones pequeños Y sirven para abrir y cerrar la cerradura utilizando la energía suministrada por la batería interna de emergencia. Se enlazan pulsando el botón Y de la placa electrónica. Si la cerradura no está conecta a la red eléctrica deberá hacer recargas periódicas de batería por medio de un cargador de móvil conectado al puerto micro USB de carga. Recargue durante 24 horas una vez al mes.

1. Grabar los botones grandes del mando a distancia: Instalar las pilas AA o la fuente de alimentación fija 12 Vdc. Desmonte el cuerpo de la cerradura y encontrará la tecla X.

Mantenga pulsado durante 5 Segundos un botón grande del mando a distancia. Al Mismo tiempo pulsar la tecla X de la cerradura. Después de 3 segundos luce una luz LED y un mensaje de voz le confirma opera ió realizada con é ito 2. 3. Eliminar mando a distancia Desmonte el cuerpo de la cerradura para encontrar la tecla X o Y; Pulse X o Y 5 veces (mantener una presión prolongada la quinta vez), 3 segundos más tarde, todos los mandos a distancia se borrarán. La confirmación serán 2 sonidos largos y un mensaje de voz opera ió realizada con éxito . Nota: Al pulsar X sólo puede eliminar los botones grandes del mando a distancia. Al pulsar Y sólo puede eliminar los botones pequeños del mando a distancia.

A1. Perforar el agujero del cilindro o teclado delantero (si usted no necesita el

cilindro o teclado exterior, por favor, ignora la etapa A1). A2. Presentar la placa de montaje de la cerradura en la puerta, taladrar cuatro agujeros de acuerdo a la base, a continuación, fijar la base con tornillos. A3. Comprobar la correcta conexión de los cables, insertando batería recargable y las 4 pilas AA (si es necesario), probar los mandos a distancia. Si tiene que añadir o borrar mandos hágalo ahora. D) Operationsfunktionen:

2-1. Kommando Fernöffnen: Verwenden Sie blaue und weiße Kabeln dem Schema entsprechend. Sie können das Türschloss mit dem Puls von jedem anderen Außengerät jedes anderen Produzenten öffnen, als auch mit einer Türsprechanlage oder Alarmzentrale. Zwei Typen von aktiver und passiver Verwendung (nur für qualifizierte Techniker das elektrische Schema ansehen).

Blinken von LED 1-Licht jede Sekunde weist darauf hin, dass das Schloss geöffnet ist. Stetiges Licht bedeutet, dass das Schloss geschlossen ist. Ein schnelles Blinken 3 mal pro Sekunde weist darauf hin, dass die Batterie aufgeladen wird.

Die LED 2 wird Sie durch RDIF Zugangskontrollprozess führen. (Außentastatur Bedienungsanleitung anschauen) 2-4. Kompatibel mit Zugangskontrolleinrichtungen kann das Schloss durch eine Tastatur mit Zifferntaste, Schlüssel oder elektronische RDIF Karte gesteuert werden.

2-5. 2-9. Sprachnachrichten, es hat einen Stimmenreproduktor, der zu aller Zeit über den Status des Schlosses informiert und Ihnen bei den Einstellungen mit hilft:

E) Operationen mit Fernbedienung: Die Fernbedienung verfügt über 4 Bedientasten. Die 2 grosse X-Tasten dienen zum Ö ffnen und Schließen vom Schloss unter der von AA-Batterien gelieferten Energie. Sie sind der Hauptarbeitskreis. Sie werden durch das Drücken von der X-Taste auf der elektronischen Platte verknüpft.

Die zwei kleine Y-Tasten dienen zum Ö ffnen und Schließen von dem Schloss unter dem Verbrauch von der durch die innere Notfallbatterie gelieferten Energie. Sie werden verknüpft indem die Y-Taste auf der elektronischen Platte gedrückt wird. Falls das Schloss nicht an das elektrische Netz angeschlossen ist, sollte die Batterie

periodisch über ein, an Mikro- USB- Anschluss angeschlossenes Handy- Ladegerät aufgeladen werden. Laden Sie sie über 24 Stunden ein mal pro Monat. Auf diese Weise werden Sie immer über Energie verfügen und das Schloss auch mit ganz leeren Batterien bedienen können.

1.Die großen Fernbedienungstasten belegen:

Die AA Batterien oder die stetige Energiequelle 12 V DC (Gleichstrom) installieren. Entfernen Sie den Schlosskörper um die X-Taste zu finden. Drücken Sie 5 Sekunden lang eine große Taste auf der Fernbedienung. Gleichzeitig drücken Sie die Taste X auf dem Schloss. 2.Die Kleintasten auf der Fernbedienung belegen. Mit der Außenbatterie an die Stromversorgungsquelle 12 V DC (Gleichstrom) angeschlossen. Entfernen Sie das Schlosskörper um die Y-Taste zu finden. Drücken Sie 5 Sekunden lang eine kleine Taste auf der Fernbedienung. Gleichzeitig auch die Y-Taste auf dem Schloss drücken. Nach drei Sekunden leuchtet das LED-Licht und eine Sprachnachricht bestätigt Vorga g erfolgrei h . 3. Entfernen von Fernbedienung Entfernen Sie das Schlosskörper um die Taste X oder Y zu finden. Drücken Sie sie 5 mal (am fünften Mal verlängert drücken) und nach 3 Sekunden werden alle Fernbedienungen entfernt sein. Als Bestätigung bekommen Sie 2 lange Tone und

eine Sprachnachricht Vorga g erfolgrei h . Hinweis: X Drücken kann nur die grossen Fernbedienungstasten löschen. Y Drücken kann nur die kleinen Fernbedienungstasten löschen.

Installationsdiagramm A1. Eine Ö ffnung für Zylinder oder Fronttastatur aufbohren ( falls Sie den Zylinder

nach, danach die Basis mit Schrauben befestigen. A3. Korrekte Verbindung von den Kabeln überprüfen, dabei legen Sie die

wiederaufladbare Batterie und die 4 AA Batterien (falls nötig) ein, die Fernbedienungen ausprobieren. Falls Sie Fernbedienungen hinzufügen oder entfernen möchten, bitte jetzt tun. Danach installieren Sie korrekt die Blockade auf der Basis, setzen Sie den Akkufachdeckel und drehen Sie alle Schrauben auf beiden Seiten des Schlosskörpers fest.

A4. Entfernen Sie den Riegel, passen Sie die Stelle auf dem Türrahmen an (machen Sie sicher, dass der Riegel perfekt rein und raus geht), danach die Montageplatte des Schlosses installieren und das Schloss montieren.
