WHAT IS SELLER VISION PRO?

Seller Vision Pro is a revolutionary tool aimed at 3rd Party Amazon sellers looking to gain an advantage over the competition.


GETTING STARTED

• Installation

• Choose your plan

SIGN UP

• Go to www.sellervisionpro.com

• Click on Register

• Create a user name and password

• Download the software for free

INSTALLATION

After downloading the software,

follow each step of the Install-shied

Wizard to install the Software on your PC.

SVP will create a directory in your “Program

Files” for the installation and a directory

in your “My Documents” for your user data.


CHOOSE YOUR PLAN

Seller Vision Pro is a free to use

Software, but a monthly subscription

is required for access to premium

features.

You may skip this step if you wish to

use the free version.


DOWNLOAD INVENTORY

After installation, SVP will

retrieve your listings from Amazon. Depending on

the size of your inventory, this may take a long

time.

Please do not close this window or SVP until the

download is complete.


SOFTWARE AND PC SETTINGSIn case you are unable to view the software properly on your PC, following the directions on the link below to set your optimal DPI settings for SVP:

In order to properly import and export spreadsheets with SVP, please have Microsoft Office 2007 or up installed on your PC.

Set Your “My Costs” and “My Shipping Costs”

• In order to calculate profit margins or re-price your listings, Seller Vision Pro requires you to enter your “My Costs” and “My Shipping Costs” for each item in your inventory.

• Your “My Costs” are the individual costs of goods for your inventory items.

• Your “My Shipping Costs” is your cost of shipping an item to a customer (Merchant Fulfilled) or to an Amazon Fulfillment Center (Amazon Fulfilled).

• Entering this data can either be done individually in Product Details or in bulk using an .xlsxspreadsheet.


SETTING YOUR “COSTS” MANUALLY

• You can manually set your “My Costs” and “My Shipping Costs” manually per item in the product details box:

• Simply click on the gear icon next to the “My Cost” or “My Shipping Cost” fields, enter your desired value, then click on the gear again to save the value.

• If you have no shipping costs for an item, you may leave the value at N/A and Seller Vision will not factor a shipping cost for the item.


SETTING YOUR “COSTS” IN BULKSTEP 1

Click on the Export your listings button on the bottom right of the

program:


STEP 2Open the spreadsheet and input your costs

into column D:

STEP 3Save the spreadsheet and import the .xlsx file into the “Import My Costs” Module located under the

Info Center tab:

Tip: This method can also be used to assign your shipping costs and repricing rules in bulk as well.

Initial Set Up Now Complete!

• Once your “My Costs”/”My Shipping Costs” are assigned, Seller Vision Pro can calculate profits, re-price your listings, generate order profit reports, etc.

• You may browse the interface of the software to become familiar with it.

• There are 3 main sections of the software which can be toggled with the 3 upper most tabs shown below:

• Best Sellers: Displays your 50 most popular items within the past 30 days.• Worst Sellers: Displays your 50 most popular items within the past 30 days.• Most Profitable: Displays your most profitable items based on profit

percentage.• Least Profitable: Displays your least profitable items based on profit

percentage.• Low Stock Alert: Displays your items which have recent sales and low

quantity. (Requires user input of how many days of sales to search for and minimum quantity).

• Inactive Stock Alert: Displays your inactive items which can be profitable if re-stocked. (Requires user input of minimum percentage of profit).

Tips: 1. You can filter by All, FBA Only, or Merchant Only Items.2. You can right-click on any tile and copy the data to an external program such

as excel or notepad.

• Seller Central Links: Provides a convenient array of hyperlinks to Seller Central.

• Unsold FBA Inventory Value: Provides an itemized and combined sum of your unsold FBA Inventory based on your costs.

• Unsold MFN Inventory Value: Provides an itemized and combined sum of your unsold MFN Inventory based on your costs.

• Damaged FBA Inventory Monitor: Keeps an eye on your inbound FBA shipments and reports any newly damaged items.

• New Product Scout: Searches Amazon by UPC barcode number and returns the current Buy Box Price and Sales Rank. (Requires a user inputted .xlsxspreadsheet file of UPC barcodes).

• Sales Tax Calculator: Automates the process of reporting collected sales tax to your state.

• Import My Costs: Allows you to input your costs in bulk.• Import My Shipping Costs: Allows you to input your shipping costs in bulk.

AUTO REPRICER


• Auto Repricer Status: Must be checked in order to activate the repricer.• Repricer Rule Wizard: Opens the repricing wizard to open, create, or modify

repricing rules. (The Wizard is explained in detail on the next page).• Import Rules to Follow: Similar to importing “My Costs” or “My Shipping

Costs”, this allows you to assign repricing rules to your items in bulk using the .xlsx file. (You may also set individual items to a certain rule by using the drop down menu in the Product Details of an item).

• Auto Reprice Enabled: Can be checked or unchecked to activate or deactivate each repricing rule.

• Live Mode/Test Mode: Toggles between the repricer being in Live Mode or Test Mode. Test Mode simulates allow function of the repricer but will not actually send any feeds to Amazon. (For safety reasons, Repricer will always start in Live Mode when using a new rule so you can verify the prices before making them live)

• Reprice Interval: Allows you to modify how often SVP will reprice your items and enables/disables Non-Stop Repricing.

• Repricer Data Grid: Depending on which rule is selected from the drop down menu, the data grid will display which items are being repriced, the old price, the new price, and the current buy box price of each item.

REPRICER RULE WIZARD


SVP comes bundled with 2 stock repricing rules, but with the repricingrule wizard, you may modify those rules or create completely new ones.

The wizard first acts upon one of 3 possible scenarios, “When I have competition”, “When I am the only competition left”, and “When I Have the Buy box”.

The filters allow you to filter out certain sellers based on the criteria selected.

The Limits allow you to set a celingand bottom based on dollar or profit percentage to limit yourself from selling an item too high or too low.

The Low Price Safety Net is designed to make sure you are never selling an item lower than your competition.

Offsets can be used throughout the wizard to add or minus a specified dollar or percentage amount to your pricing targets.

For example, if the buy box price is your target and you would like to add $0.15 to that price, you can do so with offsets.

• Product Details is a static interface section of SVP that displays information of an item that is selected from your inventory. You will see the product details regardless of what portion of SVP you are using at any given time.

• Inventory Panel provides an efficient way to find your inventory items.• Selecting an item in the inventory panel will change what is displayed in

the product details.• The search results can be filtered by “All Items, “Active Items Only”,

“Inactive Items Only”, “FBA Items Only”, or “MFN Items Only”.• The “Sync Listings” button will force SVP to search for any newly listed

items on Amazon. (This function if dependent on how long Amazon sends the data).

• The “Export Listings” button will export a .xlsx spreadsheet file of all your listings with all the information show in Product Details. (As explained in previous slides, this file can be used as a template to import your “Costs” and “Reprice Rules” in bulk).

• “Archive Listings DB” and “Load Archive” buttons are used to backup and re-load your listsings database. (It is recommended to backup your database in case of data loss).

Tip:When searching for a specific item, start typing any part of the name, SVP will start filtering your items in real time.
